article overview & feature requirements the following article is intended for all users and will cover how to use scribeberry in profile feature requirements profile version 9 0 1 is required please reach out to your customer success manager and/or sales representative for installation instructions installation must be completed as per the scribeberry installation instructions document note scribeberry in profile requires that the installation described in the scribeberry installation instructions document has occured if this has not happened the feature will not diectly launch directly from the profile toolbar you can confim with your system administrator or it team that this process has taken place note this integration may incur additional costs it will be $29/month per user how to use scriberry in profile step 1 launch scribeberry once the installation is complete, you’re ready to launch the scribeberry feature in profile open profile and navigate to the patient’s chart where you wish to document locate the toolbar at the top of the screen click the ai voice button to open the ai powered scribe generator step 2 login enter your assigned username and password details in the spaces provided click the sign in button note if this is your first time signing in, the system will require you to change your password with the initial login for security purposes follow the on screen instructions to complete the password change processes once the password has been updated, you can access the scribeberry tool for all future sessions using your new credentials step 3 start voice dictation it is now time to start dictating your notes as you do this, scribeberry will transcribe your speech into real time text to begin this process click the dictation button you'll notice this section of the page changes, and a recording button now appears (found at the bottom of the screen) you can click on the pause button (found at the bottom of the screen) to pause the voice dictation recording, if needed speak clearly into your microphone, providing all necessary details for the note or document when finished, click on the generate button, to end the voice dictation recording step 4 select a template it is now time to choose how you wish the document to be formatted select the document type that suits you best from the list of available templates from the drop down menu options include things like patient notes, referrals, letters, etc you will notice that the scribeberry tool will now apply the formatting based on your selected template review and finalise your notes step 5 copy to clipboard once you are happy with your notes, it's time to copy them to the clipboard click the copy button within the scribeberry tool this will store the entire note in your clipboard, making it ready for pasting step 6 paste into profile now it's time to transfer your note into the relevant location in profile return to the patient's chart in profile navigate to the appropriate section for documentation (ex encounter notes or referral letters) right click in the text field and select paste alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcut (ctrl+v on windows, or cmd + v on mac) you will now see your content inserted into the patient's chart step 7 save your document now that the document is within profile, make sure to save it to the chart click the save button in profile the process is now complete learn more for more information on using scribeberry, you can visit their website https //scribeberry com/ https //scribeberry com/
