providers will be auto selected and greyed out, as cancelling the main provider cancels the entire meeting and all subappointments appointment management there was an issue where the send reminder checkbox was not automatically being ticked for appointments booked online via ocean as a result, patients who booked online did not receive an sms/email reminder from profile this has been resolved, with rebranding, and have now been changed to the correct, rebranded ones the availability filter for the contacts section in chat has been refactored so that the tab navigation through the filters was corrected and information was provided for the "update date last contact" field external providers when seeing an external provider linked to an object, such as a referral, users may try to modify the external provider if the external provider has been deleted, this is not allowed previously, attempting to do so would result in an exception error being displayed this has been fixed by instead showing a clear error dialog in the external providers window, if the online directory option was selected and set to medical objects, the postal address shown in the lower part of the window didn’t show the provider's postcode this has been fixed financial & referral fixed an issue where the external provider in the referral field was not being updated in the billing view despite changes having been made when a referral is created, there is an option to "bill referral", which creates a quick bill to prepare the claim for the outgoing referral previously, if the "to external provider" field was later changed in that referral, the billing claim needed to be updated separately as a manual step this feature has been enhanced to remove the need for manually updating the billing claim forms a were some issues identified with the antenatal form related to the auto calculation of gestational age these have been fixed content of the last row overlapped on the text below if there were 41+ observations on the 2nd page of section 17 of the antenatal form this has been fixed an issue has been resolved where text comments in the antenatal form that extended beyond page 2 were not printed correctly the system now ensures that all dates, information, and comments are included across all subsequent pages during printing french translations have been updated for the new and edit antenatal observation windows an issue was resolved where the initial scan date entered during the creation of a new pregnancy did not populate section 15 (page 2) of the antenatal form the form now correctly displays the initial scan date details without requiring subsequent edits to trigger the update in the antenatal form – obstetric history panel, rows previously reordered automatically when a past date was entered and the user pressed tab or clicked away this behaviour has been updated so that the reordering now occurs only after the user saves the form the comment field behavior in antenatal form part 2, section 17 has been enhanced comments are now entered directly into the field without opening a separate window, and text wraps automatically to the next line when reaching the edge of the textbox, eliminating the need for manual line breaks or horizontal scrolling an issue was resolved where updates to ethnicity and indigenous identity in the alter patient screen were not reflected oud and dup forms were cut off fixed an issue where printers showed invalid paper when printing there was an issue with the ability to merge and delete patients a exception error was thrown this has been fixed patient record fixed an issue where patient eligibility could not be verified and would say 'patient eligibility not checked for this service date' resolved an exception that occurred when users tried to delete the 'unknown' shortcode to prevent this issue, the delete option has been disabled for the 'unknown' shortcode portals there was an issue with the french toggle button for the provider when they first entered a telemedicine session nothing would change and everything would remain in english this has been fixed results fixed an issue where after changing the category for an unsigned transactions category, it would be removed from the unsigned transactions list fixed an issue where the 'annotate and sign' button could not be used on the copy of a result previously, there was no support for display of pdf attachments contained in an oru v2 4 imported message these attachments are now displayed tasks an issue was fixed where clicking on a task linked encounter that had been deleted would result in an exception the system now displays an appropriate error message instead of throwing an exception a change has been made to ensure that if a deleted record displays, then it is clear that the record has been deleted an issue has been resolved where tasks created using the phone call button would incorrectly navigate users to the patient’s medical record when clicking the linked item (e g , encounter note or document) now, clicking the link in the task correctly directs users to the patient’s case (where the task was originally created) user management and settings french translations have been updated for the accession patient re activation prompt adding a new pos into the member of list for a provider was setting the service id to the same value as the prov id
