this document provides guidance on using the system health check in profile it is intended to be used in conjunction with optimizing workflow in profile https //intrahealth freshdesk com/a/solutions/articles/6000236861 document to help users manage profile performance at their practice system health checks go to organisation/supplementals/system health click the generate system health report button in the toolbar to generate the report the system health report will show 7 sections with different data section 1 user information , which shows the number of concurrent users for different periods this is used to help judge overall usage and decide on hardware setup section 2 user activity count , which shows the number of days since the user/provider last logged in section 3 unsigned transactions , which shows the number of unsigned transactions for each user in the system keeping the number of unsigned transactions down to a reasonable amount (under 100 per user) is suggested section 4 unclosed appointment counts , which shows all of the appointments that have been arrived but not closed if these open attendances are allowed to build up, it will slow down the system attendances should be closed as they are completed open attendances can be closed in bulk from control centre/schedule/open attendances section 5 work notification preferences , which shows the refresh delays in the work notification preferences of each user ( organisation/preferences/general/work notifications ) it is recommended to not increase the refresh rate more than the set default reducing the refresh rate can help speed up the system section 6 due tasks , which shows the number of due or overdue tasks in the system for each user if this number is high, it will slow down the performance section 7 use coun t , which shows the telemetry use count, where only the first 1000 of most used actions are included the clean up functionality can be used to remove items that are not used frequently
