Print the Appointment list

to print an appointment list, complete the following steps click appointments from the work centre click print list icon the print list screen appears filter appointments to print click all to print the appointments for all displayed providers click selected to print only the appointments for the highlighted provider the selected provider is indicated by the providername in bold in the appointment view to choose a different provider, click anywhere in the appointment view under the provider's name example showing the selected provided in bold filter by date and time in the appointment list screen, select the appointments after and appointments before radio buttons enter the times you want to filter with and proceed by choosing all or selected to print the list
