to print label from the appointments view, complete the following steps click appointments from the work centre select an appointment click the labels icon on the toolbar the appointment labels box appear filter appointment labels to print select all labels if you want to print all labels for the day select labels after labels before i f you want to print labels for a selected time ranges � click all to print labels for all displayed appointments click selected to print labels for selected appointments only select a label and the number to print in the select a label screen that appears click ok
