Learn how Torpor Games streamlined operations across departments using Archbee

### What is Torpor Games?

Torpor Games, founded in 2019 in Berlin, crafts games that challenge and provoke. Our titles, like Suzerain and the upcoming The Conformist, are set in a rich universe designed to provoke thought and encourage players to explore personal and political values through interactive storytelling.

‍

### What was the problem you were facing before Archbee?

Before Archbee, scattered documentation impeded our cohesive development process as Torpor Games expanded. We needed a centralized platform to unify our writing, marketing, design, production, and art documentation, ensuring all team members had access to up-to-date, relevant information, streamlining operations, and planning.

‍

### Why Archbee over the alternatives?

Archbee's robust integration capabilities and easy interface made it ideal for consolidating our diverse documentation into a single system, streamlining our processes, and ensuring easy access to current information. Their responsive development team actively adapted their platform to meet our specific needs, making Archbee an invaluable partner.

‍

### What are some results you have seen?

Integrating Archbee has transformed our documentation processes, enhancing efficiency across all of our departments. We also launched a live wiki for our Suzerain Universe, significantly boosting community engagement and supporting our IP-driven marketing strategy. Additionally, Archbee’s AI features help newcomers to the team quickly assimilate and contribute, optimizing operations by allowing faster onboarding.
