Viewing and Completing Interventions in hCare

this article is intended for all users wishing to know how to add view or complete interventions for a patient using hcare information interventions can only be added for a patient using profile, but can be viewed and completed through hcare interventions can only be added for a patient in a new encounter for more details, see add a new encounter docid 0ai6zrwe lkfzz1ct1n5y adding an intervention to a new encounter create a new encounter on the intervention field, tap + new intervention to get to the select intervention page scroll down the list to find the intervention needed and tap the relevant one, or use the search bar to search for the needed intervention and tap it when found fill out the status for each action in the intervention and any other necessary details tapping the + comment field allows you to add an action note for each action when all relevant details are filled out, tap save on the top right corner to save the intervention once all relevant interventions are added, tap on the top left corner to return to the new encounter menu fill out the rest of the encounter and tap save on the top right corner viewing interventions completing interventions
