To view a patient’s appointment history, complete the following steps:

Click **Alter Patient **from the toolbar or click the **Patient** tab then select **Alter Patient**.

- The Select Patient screen appears where you can select the patient.

Select the patient from the list and click **OK**.

- You can also enter the patient's last name and first name in the top box and click **Search**.

Click **OK**.

- The patient record appears.

Click **Bookings** on the menu on the right.

Verify the timeframe of the patient’s appointment history:

- Click **Edit** (to the right of the View drop-down).

- Filter appointment results by adjusting the Period start.
