The New Online Booking Solution requires a small additional monthly fee, and applicable implementation fees. Please reach out to us via email: [Help@intrahealth.com](mailto\:Help@intrahealth.com) for more information, and a member of our Service Delivery team will assist you.If I upgrade to this new version, does the patient's previous username and password information become obsolete?
The existing patient usernames and passwords will continue to be valid for use with the Patient Portal.
