## Immunisations Query

Steps to import and customize the query from the video above.

1. Download the attached Immunisation Query file to an easy-to-find location.
2. Login to Profile and go to **Report / Stored Queries **window
3. Select a folder to place the new query.
4. Click the button "Import query from disk file".

5. Browse and select the file you downloaded in Step 1, click Open
6. (Optional) Customize the 'Name' of the query, and click OK to save it.
7. Locate the query and click "Open" button to make changes.
