This article is intended for any user of HCare wanting to know how to use the Quick Texts feature.

# Information

Quick Texts

is a shortcut feature that is used to load previously-saved words onto a text field. Several areas of hCare have the option to use Quick Texts in places where you might often have to type the same words again and again, including Encounter Notes and Task subjects.

## Inserting Quick Texts

1. In the field where Quick Texts are enabled, tap the

2. Tap the applicable Quick Text from the list. The text will be automatically loaded onto the field.

## Adding a new Quick Text

1. In the field where Quick Texts are enabled, tap the

2. Tap **Manage **on the top right-hand corner of the screen
3. On the bottom of the screen, tap **Add New**
4. Type in the text you wish to include as a Quick Text template and tap **Save**

## Managing existing Quick Texts

1. In the area where you wish to edit the available Quick Texts, tap the

2. Tap **Manage **on the top right-hand corner of the screen
