Family Folders allow you to group patients together into one folder. This is great for grouping family members together. In order to process this, please follow the next steps:

1. Select a patient using the **Alter Patient **button, if the patient is new,  create a New patient using the **New Patient **button.
2. Working in the **Folder** field of the ** **General view, Folder Field , enter a folder name.

3. Select the** Family** view from the segment bar menu.
4. Left-click the **Family Head **checkbox if appropriate.
5. Click **OK** to save the information
6. Close the window.
