Intrahealth has released a Shingrix Zoster Immunisation Care Plan to replace the Zostavax Immunisation Care Plan.

- Shingrix is a two dose course, and both doses are funded
- The first dose is only funded at age 65
- The second dose is funded for anyone who has had their first dose while they are 65 years of age
- The second dose must be given 2-6 months after the first dose

Please download and unzip the attached zip file which contains the Shingrix Zoster Immunisation Care Plan Jaffa files.

Import the Jaffa Files into Profile by navigating to Organisation -> Import & Export -> Import Jaffa Folder.

Please **DO NOT** import into Profile for Mac. This Care Plan will be included in an upcoming Profile for Mac release.
