Privacy rights act as access levels and limits content across Profile based on a user or provider’s role.

To set up privacy rights, complete the following steps:

Go to Organization.

Click **Roles**.

- The Privacy rights screen appears.

:::WorkflowBlockItem
Click **New** in the toolbar.

- The New Privacy right screen appears.

Select the the **Show Roles** checkbox.

Select the roles to include in the new privacy right from the Roles list.
