To search for an appointment slot, complete the following steps:

Go to the Work Centre then click **Appointments**.

Click the **Search** icon on the Work Centre toolbar.

- The Search appointments screen appears.

Enter the start date in the **Date from** field.

Click the drop-down in the **Date to** field and select the time range.

Enter the time range or time of day in the **Time from/to**.

Enter the POS and Provider in the **POS/Prov** fields, if applicable.

Enter the type of appointment in the **Type** field, if applicable.

Do of the following to filter the search for the appointment slot:

- Select **Booked** if you are searching for booked appointments.
- Select **Cancelled** if you are searching for cancelled appointments.
- Select **Free slots** if you are searching for free appointment slots.

Enter the patient’s name in the for **Patient** field.

- If you selected Free slots, double-click the slot you want from the search results to open the Book Appointment screen.
