After configuring the Encounters view filter to show deleted encounters, use the version history to restore the previous encounter.

To restore a deleted encounter the user restoring must have the following role action:

 action will not be available as seen below:

In the Medical Record window Encounters view, click Edit filter button in the top right corner.

Place a checkmark in the box that says Show Deleted Encounters and click Apply.

Click the blue Version link in the deleted Encounter. (Version 2)

In the Compare Clinical Transaction Versions window, select the previous version you wish to restore (before it was deleted), and choose Restore the selected version.

Enter your password and click OK to restore the previous version.If you receive an error You cannot restore live version, this is because you are trying the restore the most recent version. You should choose a different version to restore.

A new version is created showing the textual contents of the version that was chosen to restore.

When this breeding is entered in DairyComp the animal remains pregnant, but this flag is set so that the veterinarian can determine if she is still pregnant to the original breeding or if she has aborted and is now just another "bred status" cow.

Mastitis is the persistent, inflammatory reaction of the udder tissue due to physical trauma or infection. Symptoms of mastitis include udder swelling, heat, hardness, redness, or pain. The milk may have a watery appearance, flakes, clots, or pus.

Milk fever is a disease characterized by reduced blood calcium levels. It occurs in early lactation, when demand for calcium for colostrum and milk production exceeds the cow's ability to mobilize calcium. "Fever" is a misnomer, as body temperature during the disease is generally not elevated. Milk fever symptoms include tremor in the muscles of the head and limbs until falling to a "sitting" position. Once down, cows may have a dry muzzle, staring eyes, cold legs and ears, constipation, and drowsiness.
