at ensuring that patients' medication information is accurately and completely documented when they are admitted into an inpatient care home profile introduces a new medication reconciliation feature designed to provide a seamless workflow for managing patients' medication information during inpatient care admissions the key components of this new feature include comprehensive medication list collecting and documenting a complete and accurate list of all medications the patient is currently taking, including prescription medications, over the counter drugs, herbal supplements, and vitamins verification ensuring the collected information is accurate and complete two signature workflow introducing an optional two signature process for reviewing and approving the medication list conversion experience with status bar notification we've streamlined the form saving process to enhance user experience previously, a pop up window appeared when saving a form, but this has now been removed the status of saving the form as a pdf is now conveniently displayed in the status bar of the main window this update aims to provide a smoother and more efficient workflow by keeping you informed of progress without disrupting your task appointment audit enhancement an enhancement has been made to the appointment audit when a patient has declined an appointment via an sms reminder, the audit will now show the appointment was cancelled/declined by the patient, and a default user \<admin> will be used for the entry previously the provider was listed, which had caused some confusion, as providers generally do not confirm/cancel appointments managing duplicate patient records when profile automatically identifies duplicates and presents the dialog to manage the duplicate record(s), users have the following options ‘ mark as not duplicate’ when selected, this will perform the same action as the current ‘remove and ignore’ action this assumes that these are not considered duplicates “ignored in find duplicates search” in the alter patient record will be set so that these records do not appear in find duplicate search window ‘ ignore and save’ will keep the duplicate this action assumes an issue has been fixed where multiday appointments were not displaying correctly an issue occurred where the appointment advice was prompting to print instead of just sending an sms or email the print pdf appointment advice was also attached to the email, when it should not have been this has been fixed authentication fixed an issue where change password was enforcing password restriction rules for ad login chat an issue was fixed in chat where new chat messages were not being counted in work notifications, if the chat window was minimised and one minute had passed email & patient record the performance and reliability of medical record printouts in server environments that restrict access to external resources has been improved external references that previously caused significant delays (20–30 seconds) and timeouts during email rendering are now handled more efficiently, preventing timeouts and ensuring smoother processing encounters the "end encounter" ui design has had some minor improvements made to it, bringing it more in line with the overall style found throughout other areas in profile after completing a form that had not been printed, the linked action status in the encounter was automatically set to actioned this caused an issue during the end of encounter process when the form had not been printed, so this step was skipped this has been fixed and
