## NZ Immunisations

* After an immunisation message has been sent to AIR i.e. an NIR message generated and exported, any subsequent updates to the same immunisation that generate an NIR message shall have the RXA-21 value set to ‘U'. It was previously set to 'A' which is incorrect.
* The MSH-4 (Sending Facility) value for NIR messages will now be populated with the HPI Facility ID instead of the site's EDI account. |

Care Team shared Care Plan Privacy | - Introduced a new view within the Preferences window under the Technical section, specifically designated as "Deprecated."
- Implemented a new role action associated with this view. By default, it is disabled for all users and roles.
- Enhanced functionality to incorporate all activated Deprecated preferences into the System Health Report. This enables visibility into whether customers are enabling deprecated features.
- Added a new global preference within this view titled "Show Care Team/Shared Care Plan Privacy," which is disabled by default. When this preference is disabled, the corresponding field will be concealed in the Care Team window. |

| Encounters, Problems | - An issue was resolved where the Vigilance Santé alerts analysis engine could not process 3-digit ICD-9 and ICD-10 codes due to improper formatting in requests sent from Profile. The system now correctly sends these codes, enabling accurate alert analysis. |
| Financial | * Some fields and checkboxes of the Edit Billing window were truncated when opening Pending Claims in Control Centre/Financial/Collections. This has been fixed.
* The message that appears when no diagnosis is found in the Claim window in French was too long for the box and was cut off. This has been fixed by adding a hint that lets you view the full message.
* The message that appears if a date is set to too early in time would appear in English in a French environment. This has been fixed.
* The message that appears if a duplicate Quick Bill is created for the same patient on the same date would not show the correct information in the French environment. This has been fixed.
* To improve usability, the ICD-10-Code field in claim lines now uses a hint to display messages when the entered text doesn't match any codes or exceeds the visible space.
* Previously, in the Billing view, if the date for a claim was set to a date long in the past by mistake, the validation message appeared in English even if the UI language was set to French. This has been changed.
* When opening the Quick Bill window, the dialog message about an existing claim showed in English even when the UI language was set to French. This has been fixed. |
| Forms | - When printing a CDO form from the patient's Medical Record/Forms the Print Setup was in English on a French environment. This has been fixed. |
