## Database Optimization for Scheduled Tasks

| Application Change(s) | With this change, we have optimized the database structure to improve performance for scheduled task operations. This update addresses previously identified slow queries related to the Schedules Tasks tables.
Key Changes:
* Refactored the task management model to separate general Tasks from Scheduled Tasks for clarity and improved performance.
* Split existing tables into more targeted structures to reduce query complexity.

# Defects

| Forms; Obstetrics | - Previously, there was an issue when the Fundus/Fundal Height had been recorded and saved in an antenatal observation, and when a user opened the observation to edit the value, the displayed value was -1 from what was initially recorded. This has been fixed and the value no longer displays incorrectly.
- When printing the antenatal form, the Fundus/Fundal Height in Section 17 would print with a 0 where it was blank. This has been fixed.
- The Antenatal form's "Mode of Birth" section has been aligned with the paper form, resolving issues with data confusion. |
| Obstetrics | * When the Scan Date/Age has been changed, a dialog message is presented. The wording of this dialog has been corrected.
* When a user removed a Scan Date that had been previously recorded and saved, the EDD (Expected Due Date) was populating with a default date of 12/30/1899. This has been fixed. |
| Tasks | - An exception appeared in some cases when switching between filter views in Work Centre/Tasks where one was set to Simple Mode and the other wasn’t. This has been fixed. |

**Note**: The enhancement made for Database Optimisation for Scheduled Tasks and the defect fix for Tasks were first released in Profile version 10.0.5 and are therefore listed as such in the Excel file.
