## Performance Monitoring with Application Insights

| Application Change(s) | Previously, performance logging and monitoring functionality was limited in scope and not architected for efficient centralized management. This impacted our ability to proactively detect and address performance issues across the system.
This enhancement introduces the groundwork for a new, scalable mechanism to collect and analyze performance metrics. As a first step, we are integrating Application Insights to capture telemetry for key workflows and critical user actions.
This enhancement enables us to track real-world performance more accurately, detect issues faster, and make data-driven decisions to optimize user experience. |

| - Previously, cases were not being applied to an Encounter when creating Measures through the Case Clinical Details window. Now, the Key Measurements Encounter is created and attached to the same Case as the Case in Context for that Case Clinical Details window. |
| Obstetrics | * In the Antenatal Form, a practitioner should be able to state that the patient is a non smoker and still be able to state that the patient has been exposed to second hand smoke. This option was previously greyed out unless they chose "Yes" to Tobacco. This issue has now been addressed. |
