lab results item description application change(s) we have enhanced the manual transactions window for lab results by introducing a new column for reference range values this feature allows users to the document and enhancing user experience added language columns to typing templates and document templates windows added a language column in the maintain > typing templates > marketplace and maintain > documents > marketplace windows, which will display either english or french for the templates as applicable for instance, if a typing template or document is in french, the language column will indicate 'french,' allowing users to easily identify the language of the template or document bug fixes components bug fixes appointment management & scheduling various error messages were appearing for telemedicine users these error messages were preventing them from sending their links and using the module the errors that were displaying are now resolved, and this issue has been fixed documents, scanning, and letters; typing templates a language column was added in the maintain/typing templates/marketplace and maintaindocuments/marketplace windows, which displays either 'english' or 'french' for the templates as applicable for instance, if a typing template or document is in french, the language column indicates 'french,' allowing users to easily identify the language of the linked to the referral, was not updated until the letter tab was opened these have both been fixed encounters; and financials we have resolved an issue where attendance was not properly linked to claims created automatically at the end of encounter, despite being associated with the encounter itself this fix ensures that attendance records are now accurately reflected in the corresponding claims, improving data integrity and streamlining the claims process forms there was an issue with cdo forms where the form save() function was trigging the form print() function this has been fixed, and the form save() function no longer triggers the form print() function forms & obstetrics there was an issue where the primary maternity and family physician name fields were not populated when the antenatal form was being printed or emailed this has been fixed the fields on the printed or emailed forms are now populated inventory management there was an issue with current week not being updated to the latest week previously, users needed ‘edit filters’ permissions to use the current week filter the filter has now been updated to automatically advance the date field to the current week medications there was an issue with the admission medication reconciliation feature when the admission reconciliation was signed and medications were loaded into medchart, all medications were being treated as adhoc medications, even if there were medications selected from the formulary this has been fixed we resolved an issue in the medication admission reconciliation feature where the 'started', 'last ordered', and 'last taken at' date pickers displayed a date one day earlier than the selected date in certain time zones this update ensures that the correct date is shown in the input field, regardless of the user's time zone settings there was an issue in the medication admission reconciliation feature where pressing the ‘enter’ key while focused on the 'ordered by' input field inadvertently triggered a record submission this has been fixed now, the system ensures that records are submitted only when the 'submit' button is clicked this change effectively prevents accidental submissions, enhancing user experience and data integrity there was an issue in the medication admission reconciliation feature where there were differences between the names of the medications in the formulary in prescriptions and medrec this has been resolved there was an issue when a prescription was added via ad hoc medication (using a template) a record was created loading usual scripts it was listed in the record with "#" instead of the frequency number (for example “# days a week”) this has been fixed now, the medication is recorded with a frequency value indicating the number of days per week it should be taken, instead of displaying it as "#" errors were occurring when medications were being added as ad hoc or as the routine process this has been fixed we resolved an issue in the medication admission reconciliation feature where the application would throw an unhandled exception if no default language was set in the database the logic has been updated to ensure that the application properly handles cases where a default language is not configured messages an issue was resolved where the sms messaging reply 1 or 2 was not reflecting onto the work centre > appointment booking messages; and patient record there was an error shown when trying to open medical record / messages or work centre / patient items / \[any message item] if there were any forms configured in the clinical info panel and any clinical info panel was open this has been fixed portals there was an issue where the patient facing sms confirmation link page was not translated and could not be toggled to french this has been fixed and the linked page can now be displayed in english or french results there was an issue where when the "clinical transaction delete" role is revoked, users were restricted from deleting transactions across various views, with the "delete" option typically greyed out however, in the control centre under manage > manual matches, the "delete" option remained selectable if a user attempted deletion from this view, they encountered an error message indicating they do not have permission to delete clinical transactions in order to fix this issue a new role action, organization\control centre\manual matches\delete, has been introduced with this release behaviour when role action is revoked the “delete” toolbar button in the “manual matches ” views will be disabled, displaying a tooltip that reads “you aren't permitted to delete unmatched transactions please contact your system administrator to grant the role action organization\control centre\manual matches\delete if appropriate ” the “delete” option will also be removed from the right click context menu in “manual matches” this applies to both “manual matches” views, located in the “control centre” and “organization\import and export” menu additionally, the existing “clinical transaction delete ” role action will no longer apply to “manual matches ” whether granted or not, it will no longer impact a user’s ability to delete transactions in the “manual matches” view user settings users reported errors while running the eliminator tool, and the pppu table
