uncheck copied items without them disappearing when returning to the end of the encounter window there was an issue in end of encounter when the letter recipient was being cleared after having been file number correctly patient management there was an issue where when a lot of updates were made to the patient filenums, and a user attempted saving the changes, profile would close this issue has been addressed and profile should not close even when there are a lot of updates to filenums referrals ocean ereferral; v11 reference id format was changed and did not support guid this has been fixed results there was an issue where users were unable to change an order from a signed result users should now be able to manage their results by unlinking the result to a signed order and link to other incomplete orders tasks an issue occurred where users, who did not have the role action “organisation / system tasks explorer” granted were able to create automated system tasks that delete fax pdfs on the control center/manage/fax jobs window this has been resolved technical design in some cases, connections from profile client to ihserver were left open and consuming server resources long after network disruptions caused the client to lose connection this has been fixed telemedicine various error messages were appearing for telemedicine users that were preventing them from sending their
