This issue has been fixed. ### Modified Appointment Reminders process When using the Send Message tool to send a appointment reminder, the options 1 or 2 to confirm or cancel appointments would not work. All SMS sent using “Patient Appointment Reminders“ system task or via Profile UI (with linked appointment) are marked now as appointment reminders. Confirmation/cancellation handler works only with such reminders. ### SMS Appointments reminder issue SMS Appointment Reminders were sending out reminders for all appointments for a patient on a given day. This issue has been fixed. ### Could not convert variant of type (Null) into type (Double) An error would occur when creating a new appointment while leaving the Patient field empty. This issue has been fixed. ## Documents ### Exception Error when exporting documents An exception error would appeared when exporting documents with dots (.) in their name. This has been fixed. ## Email ### Duplicate signatures in email Two signatures are being displayed when creating an email in Profile. This has been fixed. ### French characters issue in received and stored emails Emails sent from Profile had broken symbols instead of French characters and stored with the incorrect characters in the Outbox. This has been fixed. ## Encounters ### Exception error when accessing pathology When New Encounter/Pathology is opened an error would appear. This issue has been fixed. ### Exception error when copying text When trying to copy text on the encounters screen ( Using Ctrl- C or right click ) an exception error would occur. This has been fixed ### Appointment encounter linking bypasses the ClientOnPatientArrival Macro The ClientOnPatientArrival Macro doesn’t trigger when linking encounter to an appointment. This issue has been fixed. ### Paint Brush Picture saving issue Changes made with the Paint Brush Picture would not be reflected in the encounter if a Screenshot image was added before it. This issue has been fixed. ### Exception error when opening an encounter if EMPI\_PAT\_ARRIVE attribute override macro assigned The EMPI\_PAT\_ARRIVE attribute override macro calls an exception error when opening a New Encounter. This has been fixed. ### Details Missing From Requisitions When Sending via Email When creating a requisition and emailing it, the clinical details entered in Profile would not appear in the PDF attachment of the requisition in the email. This issue has been fixed. ## Financial ### Error when creating a Pending Invoice with long Message An error would appear when trying to create a new Pending Invoice with a Message over 63 characters long. This has been fixed. ### OHIP fee schedule changes merged OHIP fee schedule import fixed ## Forms ### Lookup Validation Shows Errors on CDO Form Reload/View Viewing a CDO Form with Provider or External Provider Lookup control would show an error "No Matches Found". This has been fixed. ### Combo box printing issue Combo box printing issue where the boxes are not aligned when printing. This has been fixed. ### Slow performance while loading Obstetric view The Obsteric view would load slowly. This performance issue has been fixed. ## Patient ### Issue when deleting patients When using the Patient Delete macro, the patient record would be deleted regardless of whether the patient delete validation macro raised an error. To fix this issue, a ServerBeforeDeletePatient attribute override macro was added. This issue has been fixed. ### \[hCare] Measures for selected HRI are not shown in Cumulative view Selected measures would not be shown on the table in Cumulative view. This issue has been fixed. ### \[hCare] Previous Encounter showing during creating another one via Current Appointment Panel Creating a new Encounter via the Current Appointment Panel would show a previous encounter. This has been fixed. ### \[hCare] Patient appointment list does not load after creating a new appointment via Appointments view The patient appointment list would not load after a new appointment was created via the Appointments view. This has been fixed. ### Organization Name Format incorrect in Patient Portal Registration webpage When using Profile Patient Portal, patients are invited to register using a webpage that is linked to them in a message. This webpage had some hardcoded clinic names rather than the actual clinic name. This has been fixed. ## Printing ### Option to hide Tasks when printing Medical Record/Summary/EMR Previously, when printing from Medical Record/Summary/EMR, it would print every Task associated with the patient. This issue has been fixed. ## Results ### GP2GP acknowledgments files generating issue Acknowledgments were not created when receiving files through the GP2GP eMessage service. This has been fixed. ## User Management ### "Allow Bypass of Logon Challenge" issue The "Allow Bypass of Logon Challenge" setting wouldn't work on any non-Australian database until revoking the “Can prescribe“ role action. This issue has been fixed. ## Miscellaneous ### Scrolling within the Roles window moves focus of window  When scrolling through the action roles in the Roles window using a mouse wheel, the window would revert focus to the top of the action roles window.  This has been fixed. ### Move-up/down buttons in Headline Manager screen cursor issue If an item is selected, and move-up/down button is used, the item is moved up/down but the cursor doesn't move with the moved item. This makes re-ordering the list difficult especially if there are multiple items involved. This has been fixed. ### Care Action linking issue to HIV Assessment form When clicking a form link in Review Encounter for HIV Assessments it was not possible to alter a form. This has been fixed. ### 8.6.0.BCRHA.R18.1277 - Increased number of client crash when edit encounter notes When upgrading to Profile v8.6.0.BCRHA.R18.1277, the system would crash when trying to edit Encounter Notes. This issue has been fixed. ### NZULM file converter Issue In some instances when downloading the latest NZULM Jaffa file, medications were not importing correctly resulting in incorrect preparations and packing. This has been fixed. ### FOQ showing unexpected values when reporting on Conversation Mode FOQ showing \<\> values at times when reporting on Conversation Mode.  This has been fixed. ### French translation issues French translations have been updated for: - The exit page for a Telemedicine consultation for both the provider and patient - Telemedicine landing page Message Label - Accession Web Portal - the names of the month in the date stamp within the Message section - Preferences/Work Notifications settings window - Clinical Tag category in Short Codes (Codes abrégés) - Failed Reasons within the Fax Jobs area - Failed Reasons within the eFax Adaptor - The types from Service & Clinical Action Mapping - Titles in Find Accounts - LegalPDF reports, report window and messages - Appointment Wait Time counter time abbreviates - The Comments column in Appointment Alerts - Printing a slip when the Slip Format is set to Basic ### AutoUpdateTest stability The AutoUpdateTest would often fail or crash and work again after a restart. Changes have been made to prevent AutoUpdateTest from failing. ### MPI Patient version is empty after linking After linking to another patient in NES system, the patient is shown as synced but they are considered not synced by the system. This issue has been fixed. ### Action Properties French autopopulation The action properties are not auto-populated in the Properties for Clinical Action Link window when French language is selected. This issue has been fixed.' ### Exception Error in Appointment List An exception error would occur when viewing the appointment list: "Exception: EUnregisteredException: Invalid date 020839819 (DDMMYYYY)". This issue has been fixed. ### Exception Error in Wait List An exception error would occur when clicking the Search for Appointment icon in Work Centre/Wait List: "Exception: Access violation at address 03892F69 in module 'IHProfBL.bpl'. Read of address 00000000". This issue has been fixed. ### eSAM - Metadata components update when arriving patient Changes have been made to the current GET NHI Patient process currently implemented in Profile. A patient's geospatial address values are updated if the values are different between NES and Profile, when the patient’s appointment state changes to “Arrived”. ### ### ###
