This issue has been fixed. ## Access Violation error when adding group in appointments Users are experiencing an Access Violation error when attempting to add a group in the appointment meetings. This has been fixed. ## Save Prompt for Common Block Out Rules Users are still able to save Common Block Out Rules even when a macro is in place to make it read-only. This has been fixed. # Documents ## Unsigned Transactions - Assigned Drop Down Closes When switching the filter in the Unsigned Transactions view, then clicking the Assigned drop down quickly after, the drop down would close/disappear. This has been fixed. ## Encounter images not printing when attached to letter Images in existing Encounters not printing when attached as part of Referral Letter ## Print Preview Letter with Attachments - Antenatal Form Issue The Preview window in Referral letters would not work properly when an Antenatal form was selected as an attachment option. The Preview window would trigger the Printer window to Pop Up first instead and only after the document was Printed or Faxed out the Preview window would appear. This has been fixed ## Encounter PDFs not displaying PIP information on opening When launching a scanned PDF linked to an encounter, the new window was not displaying the patient information in the PIP correctly.  This has been fixed # Email ## Email signatures not included in templates The email signature is not being included when sending an email using email templates. This has been fixed. # Encounters ## 'Date observed’ not saving issue ‘Date Observed' wasn’t saved for measures created through Calculator. This has been fixed. # Faxing ## 'FaxHeader' Print Variables are not working 'FaxHeader' Print Variables are not shown when fax is sent. This has been fixed # Macros ## Wrong error caught by Delphi The error appeared while opening any PDF. This has been fixed. ## Changed the Opendata macro to error with a specific message if the account tied to it doesn’t have the 'Set Global Preferences' role action Added a specific error message to populate when the account used to run the OpenData macro does not have the 'Set Global Preferences' role action # Messages ## SMS messages with Status 'Queued' bug SMS messages send via ClickSend were taking too long to be send. This has been fixed. ## Send button active for patients without SMS enabled The Send button within Send Message area was active for patients without SMS enabled.  This has been fixed # Prescriptions ## Cross-sensitivity warnings not working  When a patient had an adverse reaction to an allergen group with a cross-sensitivity to another group, prescribing a medication belonging to the other group, no “cross-sensitivity” warning was coming up. This has been fixed. ## Issues in converting Rx from FDB to VS Pre-populating instructions automatically when a user converts Medication from one Formulary to another did not work as described in the specification. The issues have been fixed. ## Prescription autopopulation details in hCare Prior and Usual Prescriptions Frequency, Dose Text and Qty package do not autopopulate in hCare. This issue has been fixed. # Printing ## When creating a new user account, the special segment for digital signature feature Scale when Print defaults to 0  When creating a new user account, the special segment for digital signature feature Scale when Print defaults to 0. This has been changed. The Scale now defaults to 100%. # Portals ## Force password checkbox causes change password window after registration portal Change password window appears when patient has already changed password on the registration portal. This has been fixed ## Registration link for Profile Patient Portal wrongly sending patients to logon page When registering for Profile Patient Portal, notification links sent out by clinics were directing patients incorrectly to logon page instead of the registering page. This has been fixed. ## Profile Patient and Provider licenses removal Profile Patient and Provider licenses have been removed so the applications can be used without a license. # Misc. ## Approvals in status Pending and Accepted not available for selection in Approval combo In Approval fields, approvals in Status ‘Pending’ and ‘Accepted’ were not available for selection. This has been fixed.   ## ‘Inactive users' scheduled task in some cases fails with Access Violation error When the scheduled task deactivates more than 100 users at once it might crash IHServer. This has been fixed. ## Unable to email quotes Unable to email quotes. This has been fixed. ## SMS Log Filter Issue The 4 checkboxes to filter by Status cannot be de-selected in the SMS Filter view. This has been fixed. ## Unexpected message "Filter read error" - Control Centre Find Accounts An unexpected error message "Filter read error" would pop up when Users accessed the Find Accounts under Control Centre. This has been fixed ## Unable to print form after saving Users are unable to print forms (File>Print) in New Encounter after it has been closed and saved. This has been fixed. ## Uncoded Disease Code not Translated When creating a new Problem, The disease code, Uncoded, should be translated in French. The French translation for it is Non codé. ## Common Block Out Rule Applied to Users without Appointment Rules When creating a new Common Block Out rule, the block out applies to users who do not have appointments/rules for the affected day. A change has been made so providers with no appointments and no appointment rules or with only block out rules are hidden. ## Inactive Providers/User displayed in different areas of Profile Issue where Providers/User with status "Inactive" were been displayed as an option in different areas of Profile such as the 'Work For' list, Pathology, and Radiology picklist. Issue has now been fixed. ## Unable to prescribe from usual or prior unless at least one field is updated In hCare, when prescribing a usual or prior script, the ‘Done’ button would remain disabled unless at least one field was updated.
