## SCID is generated using the wrong algorithm

In Profile 8.8.4, SCID values for ePrescribing would be generated with sequential characters in positions 7-17 instead of random characters.

For example,

2BQ4450000005YJU**S**32BQ4450000005YJU**T**92BQ4450000005YJU**U**4

instead of 

2BQ4452XY54XWPPQC0 

2BQ445JDMQ4V7K9CFA 

2BQ445BMCW1R6TG5M8

This issue has been fixed.
