# Changes

## Removed ability to launch CIR

Downloading and importing the macro LAUNCHCIR - Redirect CIR to Careplan.jfa distributed will force any user that hasn’t removed the toolbar button to open EMR\Care Plans when the CIR toolbar button is clicked.

## Removed opt-off Care plan options from Profile

The the checkbox control Opt-on/Opt-off toggle in Care Plans has been removed, and any historical data will automatically be set to Opt-on if the checkbox had been unchecked. The Update Person Information message shall no longer be generated and sent by Profile for any patient in NZL.
