Translation issues found in prescription warnings

Various prescription warnings were displayed in English when they should have been in French. This translation issue has been fixed.

Some prescription warnings were not being displayed in the selected language of the Profile user interface. For instance, prescription warnings appeared in French despite the Profile user interface being set to English. This has been fixed.

Translation issue with Rx Vigilance prescription warnings

Messages in the prescription warnings relating to Rx Vigilance were appearing in English when they should have been appearing in French. French translations have been added. This has been fixed.

The prescribing process could not be completed when errors related to the Rx Vigilance analysis engine were present. This prevented medications from being prescribed. This has been fixed.

Interaction alerts were not dependent on the Interactions drop-down menu

When adding medication to an order from a prior script, the interaction alerts in the Warnings window were not filtering based on the selection made in the Interactions drop-down menu on the New Encounter view. This has been fixed.

Updated prescription warning window provided by new analysis engine (RxvEngine)

Intrahealth has upgraded the prescription warning window in Profile. This window is responsible for providing prescription alerts and warnings such as drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications when medications are prescribed in New Encounter/Scripts view. The new analysis engine (RxvEngine) provides up-to-date patient to drug analysis by gathering patient information from Profile such as gender, height, weight, active problems, and prescribed medications to perform an analysis. The analysis result is delivered to the provider in a modern Perspectives interface making it easier to identify and read the warnings. The warning levels can be configured as required for the patient. The old engine (VigilEng) has been decommissioned.

When this breeding is entered in DairyComp the animal remains pregnant, but this flag is set so that the veterinarian can determine if she is still pregnant to the original breeding or if she has aborted and is now just another "bred status" cow.

Milk fever is a disease characterized by reduced blood calcium levels. It occurs in early lactation, when demand for calcium for colostrum and milk production exceeds the cow's ability to mobilize calcium. "Fever" is a misnomer, as body temperature during the disease is generally not elevated. Milk fever symptoms include tremor in the muscles of the head and limbs until falling to a "sitting" position. Once down, cows may have a dry muzzle, staring eyes, cold legs and ears, constipation, and drowsiness.
