# Appointments

## Adding Appointment unlocking preference

In Profile 8.6, it would sometimes be the case that appointments would not be unlocked after a user had finished editing them, leaving another user unable to open or edit them. An **Appointment Locked on Editing **checkbox has been added to **Preferences/General/Appointment/Main/Features**.

Unchecking this box disables automatically locking appointments on editing.

# Transactions

## Expired POS display issue in Edit Transaction Properties window

In the **Edit Transaction Properties **window, the **POS **field would be shown as empty if the selected Provider does not belong to the POS. The field would still be correctly applied in the database level. This issue has been fixed.

## Commentary text display issue

When printing an invoice as a PDF, the text in the **Commentary **field would overflow outside the Description box if past a certain length. This issue has been fixed.
