In the Select Patient window, we have added an additional searching functionality, called ‘Contains’, to search within a patient’s name.

Scripts behaviour modified in Usual Medications and Current Orders

When a clinician drags a medication from Usual Scripts into Current order. (Or double clicks on the usual med – does same thing) and changes the dose via the current order screen and then closes and prints the Rx, the corresponding medication entry in Usual Scripts was not updated. We have added a preference and new behaviour to ask the user if they want to update the medication’s details in Usual Scripts from Current Order.

Changes to Return and Discuss buttons in Unsigned Transaction view

It’s now possible to configure different caption text for the Return and Discuss buttons in Unsigned Transactions view. When either button is used to annotate and create task on the transaction, the task subject field will default to the button caption text and any additional text that follows will be recorded in the transaction’s annotation. Furthermore, when cancelling this task workflow, the transaction is left unsigned.

Resolved/Unresolved renamed to Complete/Incomplete in Encounters

We have renamed the terminology for the Resolved/Unresolved to Complete/Incomplete as it is more clinically relevant to our users.

Antenatal form printing issue (Ticket 106534)

In the Additional Information area of the Antenatal form, when a patient had a really long name or multiple names, part of the name was cut off in the printout of the form.  This has been fixed.

Intermittent Profile client crashes (Ticket 104560)

Profile was intermittently crashing, likely in relation to updating Group Policies in Windows.  This has been fixed.

Manual Matching issue for transactions with “Copy To” (Ticket 108266)

The Manual Matching view was loading all transactions with “Copy To” records for an Unknown provider. This has been fixed.

Vet Code 6 = ABT? Often if a dairy sees a pregnant animal showing signs of heat they may breed her. When this breeding is entered in DairyComp the animal remains pregnant, but this flag is set so that the veterinarian can determine if she is still pregnant to the original breeding or if she has aborted and is now just another "bred status" cow.

Mastitis is the persistent, inflammatory reaction of the udder tissue due to physical trauma or infection. Symptoms of mastitis include udder swelling, heat, hardness, redness, or pain. The milk may have a watery appearance, flakes, clots, or pus.

Milk fever is a disease characterized by reduced blood calcium levels. It occurs in early lactation, when demand for calcium for colostrum and milk production exceeds the cow's ability to mobilize calcium. "Fever" is a misnomer, as body temperature during the disease is generally not elevated. Milk fever symptoms include tremor in the muscles of the head and limbs until falling to a "sitting" position. Once down, cows may have a dry muzzle, staring eyes, cold legs and ears, constipation, and drowsiness.
