Users would encounter a validation error, preventing the record from being saved even after repeated attempts. This issue has been resolved. The record now saves successfully without errors, regardless of whether the Dose Direction field is populated. - Medications from a patient’s previous Discharge Medication Reconciliation now correctly display in the Medication Reconciliation window when creating a new Admission Medication Reconciliation. Users can now pull in these medications from the Usual Scripts list during re-admission. This resolves an issue where previously only medications entered directly via the Scripts module were available for import. This fix improves continuity of care by ensuring that all relevant previous medications, including those reconciled at discharge, are available for review and import during a new admission. - Previously, the PRN checkbox was not retained after completing Admission Reconciliation. This was incorrect. Now, upon completion, continued medications are correctly applied to MedChart as authorised prescriptions with the PRN status accurately preserved. - When creating a medication order through the New Instruction window, the selected frequency parameter (day/week/month) was not always displayed correctly in the order instructions. The frequency selected in the New Instruction window is now displayed with full accuracy across all Medication Reconciliation views and in MedChart. - An issue causing an error when editing medications imported through Admission Reconciliation using the Change option in MedChart has been fixed. - The Add Group button in Medication Reconciliation Signing Groups was previously not functioning. Users can now successfully add groups when setting up reviewing and signing workflows.
