This has been fixed. - The Days column in the Appointment Rules window is meant to provide a quick view of which days of the week/month a given appointment rule applies to, such as “4” for “1st Thursday”. In some cases, an appointment rule which was only enabled for a single day of the week (e.g., 1st Thursday) was showing multiple numbers in this column. This has been fixed. | | Care Plans and Interventions | * The behaviour of the Done Elsewhere checkbox in combination with the NIR-GO (Given Overseas) or NIR-GE (Given Elsewhere) immunisation outcomes has been redefined as follows: - When a user selects the NIR-GO outcome, the Done Elsewhere checkbox is automatically ticked. An AIR message is generated on completing the immunisation. - When a user selects the NIR-GE outcome, the Done Elsewhere checkbox is automatically ticked. No AIR message is generated on completion. - When a user ticks the Done Elsewhere checkbox, they can select any valid Outcome. If the user selects NIR-GO, then rule 1 applies. - When the user selects the NIR-GO outcome and then the user changes to NIR-GE, rule 2 applies. * We have fixed an issue where attempting to complete an intervention with an invalid or non-existent service in the Reason field caused an error. The system now correctly prevents completion and displays a “No matches found” message, ensuring that users select a valid Reason before saving. | | Data Transfer | - After running the Patient Eliminator, which removes all patient data from the database, errors were seen in Profile, such as "Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK\_AUDIT'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.AUDIT\_'. The duplicate key value is (0)." This has been fixed. | | Documents, Scanning, and Letters | * Previously, there was hard-coded logic to prevent users from emailing a Letter from the Letters Manager window unless its status was set to "Final". To add flexibility to Letters management workflows, a new preference has been added to the General Preferences/Letter tab named "[Email a letter with any status](docId\:muvrXNdz2Rgd7fFb630jm)". This is unchecked by default to preserve current behaviour. If this is checked, users are able to email letters from the Letters Manager regardless of the status of the letter. | | Encounters | - When editing an Encounter which uses Contact Entry Form format (CEF), users were able to create an embedded measure (e.g., Blood Pressure 120/80), and then use the backspace key multiple times to break the formatting of this measure. Additional text could be typed which would then not be visible in the Medical Record (or Case)/Encounters view. This has been fixed. | | Encounters;
Macros and Scripting | * We have improved the Edit Instruction workflow so that the Expiry Date now updates immediately when the Start Date is changed, with no manual refresh required on the Encounter or Scripts view. Additional fixes ensure that the Expiry Date recalculates correctly when fields like Quantity, Frequency, or Dose are modified, and improves calendar picker behaviour for manual date selection. A full audit of expiry-related logic was completed to identify and close any remaining gaps in automated updates. | | FHIR APIs | - The following improvements have been made to the Profile/Ocean online booking integration to enhance stability and performance: - Improved memory and load-handling capabilities to better support heavy usage and reduce disruptions. - Refactored codebase to manage higher memory demands for clinics that have a multi-POS configuration and want to connect a single database to multiple Ocean sites. - Expanded logging and analytics to improve issue detection using the Application Insights tool. - Appointment types were previously not being set correctly for new appointments created through the Cortico integration. This has now been fixed.  Additionally, time slots that should have been blocked were incorrectly appearing as available. This issue has also been resolved. | | Financial | * Changes have been made to improve the loading time in the Control Centre/Reconciliation view. | | Forms | - Previously, buttons were not displaying properly and were poorly spaced within forms in HCare. This has been corrected. - Previously, no error icon or error text was displayed when there was an error in the text area in forms. This has been fixed; now the icon and the error text display correctly. - Previously, properties were not working correctly on controls in HCare forms. This has been corrected. | | Forms; Obstetrics | * Previously, there was an issue when the Fundus/Fundal Height had been recorded and saved in an antenatal observation, and when a user opened the observation to edit the value, the displayed value was -1 from what was initially recorded. This has been fixed and the value no longer displays incorrectly. | | Macros and Scripting | - Previously, the primary slowdown was due to requests to the NZePS service which took 2-4 seconds to complete. Additionally, the shared server infrastructure (running multiple production instances, HealthLink software, and two anti-virus services) contributed to the delays. With this update, NZePS requests now run in the background in Profile ensuring smoother performance and reducing wait times while the user is executing the prescription workflows. This update to the prescribing process in Profile aims to allow Profile to remain responsive while prescriptions are processed. This means: \* A smoother and more efficient prescribing experience \* No more UI freezing or delays \* Improved overall performance | | Medications | * The dose unit field (e.g., tablet, syringe, mg) for prescriptions and MedChart orders was previously mandatory but was made optional in a previous release. It is now mandatory again. | | Medications; Results | - The time input fields in Preferences/Scripts and Instructions/Administration and Manual Transactions didn’t allow entry of 0:00/Midnight. This has been fixed. Note, there is a preference in Preferences/Workspace named Use Noon/Midnight which enables use of these keywords in time input fields generally. | | Messages (SMS) | * There was an Access Violation exception error shown when opening the Case Admin/Messages view in some cases. This has been fixed. | | Obstetrics | - Changes have been made to improve the performance of loading patient pregnancies. - The completion date field in the Pregnancy window now allows approximate dates, such as a year or a year and a month. This allows recording old pregnancies when the exact date isn’t known. The EDC and EDD are not auto-calculated as usual when there is only an approximate Completed date. This behaviour is enabled by checking the preference named "[Allow Approximate Pregnancy Completion Dates](docId:1DxQNIMzWIzPRG1q7EOv2)" in Preferences/General/Clinical/Obstetric. - When a user removed a Scan Date that had been previously recorded and saved, the EDD (Expected Due Date) was populating with a default date of 12/30/1899. This has been fixed. | | Patient Management | * Several improvements have been made to the UI to provide more context to the user by indicating that a new auto case has been created when ˜Force auto case is enabled in Preferences.  The Case Selection window (triggered from "Case Clinical" or "Case Admin") now distinguishes between new and existing cases with updated status labels: \* New Cases: Auto-created cases now display as 'New' (previously showed as 'Open'). \* Existing Cases: Previously created cases retain the 'Open' status. A new preference labeled "Show case creation confirmation in Select Patient Window" has been added under Organization/Preferences/Organization/Select POS/Case Preferences (within the Enforce Case Orientation section). This preference is available only when "Select patient case" is enabled.  When this optional preference is checked (it defaults to being unchecked) and a user creates a new auto case in the "Select Client for Case" window, a confirmation popup appears asking "Are you sure you want to create a \[Case Type] Case for \[Patient Name]?".  Response options are: Yes (proceeds) or No/Cancel (returns to selection).  | | Portals | - We've updated the Signature fields within forms. You can now easily add, update, or remove your signature using intuitive buttons: The 'Clear' button removes the current signature from the signature area (canvas) but does not immediately affect the saved signature and changes are only committed once you press 'Set'. This button is disabled if the signature area is already empty. The 'Set' button saves any new signature or confirms its removal, and it only becomes active when a change is made. Once pressed, your changes are saved and the dialog closes.  The 'Close' button exits the dialog without saving any changes made during the session, keeping the previously saved signature unchanged.  To update your signature, simply draw in the signature area and click Set. To remove it entirely, use Clear and then Set.  This update ensures a more deliberate and user-friendly experience when handling signature changes. - Previously, it was possible to save changes to read-only signatures in HCare forms. This incorrect behaviour has been fixed. - Previously, it was possible to save edits to read-only properties in HCare forms. This incorrect behaviour has been fixed. - To enhance clarity for patients booking appointments across different time zones, the Online Booking system now displays a note indicating that available appointment times are shown in the patient's local time zone. This update ensures that patients are aware they are viewing times relative to their current location, helping to avoid confusion when booking with clinics in other regions. The message appears prominently on the timeslot selection screen.

Previously, such updates were skipped. This change ensures that result corrections or updates from labs are not missed, improving data accuracy. | | Technical Design | * The Patient Eliminator feature which removes all patient data from the database was stopping with the error "Invalid column name 'MASTER\_ID'" in some cases.
