## Subsidy Code Changes for Prescriptions

* In the **New Encounter/Scripts** panel, the label "Prov:" is now "Prescriber:".
* In the Prior Scripts tab, the button "Add new past prescription" is now "Add new external prescription".
New External Prescriber Fields in Prior Scripts:
* When adding a new external prescription, a dropdown allows selecting "External" or "Text".
* Selecting "External" displays an External Provider lookup field.
* Selecting "Text" enables a free-text field for manual entry. |

## Fixed: Immunisation Outcome 'Given Overseas' Removes Done Elsewhere and Country Settings

| Authentication | - Previously, when excluding users from password expiry, with organisational filtering enabled, some users were not available for selection to exclude due to the organisational filtering. This has been fixed. | Email | * An issue preventing users from adding the CDX BC eMessage service in Organization/Preferences/Setup/eMessages has been resolved. Users can now successfully add a certificate without encountering any errors.
* Enhancements have been made to the EMail logs to improve visibility of message sending and failures. |
| Encounters | - Previously, long processing times were observed when exporting printed Medical Records that include all versions of transactions. This issue has been resolved, removing potential timeouts.
- A visual progress indicator has been added, showing the real-time status of items being processed in the End of Encounter window. When the user clicks 'OK' or 'Process Selected,' the progress bar displays the number of items processed, providing real-time status updates while the action is being completed.
- Previously, the Print Setup window was unnecessarily displayed when processing items with Internet Faxing as the delivery method in the End of Encounter window. The Print Setup window now no longer appears for Internet Faxing.
- Previously, when sending faxes at the end of an encounter, the system unexpectedly moved focus away from the Profile window to any other open window during the processing phase. This has been corrected and the focus remains within Profile while the faxing process is taking place. |
| Financial | * Added the following new fields to support SERVICE\_ELIGIBILITY Table v4: ANAESTHETIST\_PREMIUM\_ALLOWED, BASIC\_PREMIUM\_ALLOWED, and CANCER\_PREMIUM\_ALLOWED. Note**:** While the current table version is 4, the MCE\_OPENDATA macro currently supports only versions 2 and 3. Version 4 support has not yet been implemented. |
| Forms | - Previously, when filling out a form added to an encounter, if a recipient was initially entered and later updated by the user, the updated recipient was not reflected in the End of Encounter section. The End of Encounter now correctly displays the most recently updated recipient from the form. |
| Medications | * Previously, when selecting an Rx Order in the Medical Record/Prescriptions view, associated dispenses were not shown. This has been fixed.
* Performance optimizations have been made to the Prescriptions Refill view in Work Centre. |
| Monitoring; User Management | - An issue was resolved in Report/Audit Reports/User EMR Activity, where results were not correctly filtered based on the specified date range. The report now accurately displays data within the selected timeframe. |
| Patient Management | * An issue with the Ethnicity field not accepting any values has been resolved in Find Patient/Social/Ethnicity. Users can now select Ethnicity by typing in the code or description and will be able to find patients based on the selected ethnicities. |
| Patient Record | - While printing medical records in Report/Other Reports/Export Medical Record/Select Patient/Printing Medical Record, Profile appeared to freeze. To address this, we have added a progress bar that displays the percentage completion and the estimated time remaining for the process.
- Previously, Profile would shut down when the EMR was opened with an antenatal form configured for display in the Clinical Info Panel. This has been fixed; Profile will no longer allow antenatal forms to be configured for display in the Clinical Info Panel. |
| Portals | * The banner that prompted users to download the Aero Patient 3 App from the Play Store has been removed. This banner was causing confusion and unnecessary interruptions. Users can now continue using the web version without being interrupted by app download prompts. |
| Referral | - When “For internal referrals, echo changes in outward referral” was configured under Organization/Preferences/General/Referral, and where the internal referral was closed, the linked outward referral was incorrectly not being closed. This has been fixed. |
| Reporting & Analytics | * Previously, the Last Login Date displayed in the Current User Status Report was determined to be incorrect, based on the user's EMR activity. The functionality has been corrected to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is reflected in the report. |
| Results | - Previously, the Copies panel for older transaction versions did not show information about when the copied providers signed the result. This issue has now been fixed.
- Previously, result copies remained signed when a new lab version was created after processing an Excelleris cumulative result file. Now, both the original result and its copies correctly revert to an unsigned status as expected.
- Previously, copied providers in the Manual Matches view were displayed in italics even after being matched. Now, copied providers appear in italics only if they remain unmatched, ensuring accurate visual representation. |
