## CDS Data Transfer Fixes (Import/Export)

## Cortico FHIR API Updates

## Goals and Plans Added to CVD Risk Assessment to Generate Heart Health Plan Patient Resource

| Application Change(s) | With the implementation of the CVDRA API, clinicians are given the ability to calculate CVD risk using the latest algorithms supported by Health NZ. In addition, the service also provides the ability for clinicians (in conjunction with the patient) to determine patient goals and steps to help manage the patient's CVD risk; this process culminates in a Heart Health Plan resource (generated by Health NZ) that can be given to the patient. |

Provider Sync has been updated to add a blue "+" button in the top-right corner of the app to give you faster access to a menu of common functions. The button is available in most views and adjusts menu options based on your current context.
In the patient's medical record view, the menu options are:

| Appointments | - An exception error could be seen when booking a new appointment as a recurrence, checking the Reschedule checkbox, selecting Declined as the reason, clicking OK to attempt to save, and then unchecking the Reschedule checkbox and attempting to save again. This has been fixed.
- Versioning has been added to the Appointment Rules in the database to allow auditing of when changes were made by users or otherwise from the back end. Note that no changes have been made in the UI for seeing the version history of Appointment Rules. |
| Documents, Scanning, and Letters | * Previously, when a user clicked the Email button at the top of the Letter window, no items in the Attachments tab of the Letter window were included as attachments in the email. This has been fixed to include all attachments as separate PDF attachments. |
| Email | - Previously, a memory leak in the email sending logic caused 2FA PIN emails to stop being sent until the IHServer was restarted. This has been fixed by updating the mail sending library. |
| Encounters | * An exception error was appearing after a user clicked the X button to close the End of Encounter window after changing the Recipient in one of the rows. This has been fixed.
* In the case of a particular preference set at the user level, it was possible for an exception error to occur when trying to open a New Encounter. This has been fixed.
* In some cases, it was possible to see errors when closing an Encounter with an embedded Contact Entry Form (CEF) if the form took longer to close than expected. This has been fixed by waiting until the form is saved before closing the Encounter window. In such a case, if the user tries to close the Encounter window, they will now see an appropriate message explaining that the form is still being saved. |
| Encounters; Medications | - Previously, if a Usual Script had a Prescriber specified, this was incorrectly copied into the Prescriber of the Prior Script when the Usual Script was dragged into the Current Order panel. This has been fixed to ensure that the Prescriber in the Prior Script is always determined by the Prescriber field below the current order panel. |
| Financial | * Previously, users would see errors and be unable to save a new Scheduled Invoice from either Medical Record/Scheduled Billings or Control Centre/Financial/Scheduled Billings. This has been fixed. |
| Forms | - Previously, a Form that was created during an Encounter and then modified and saved again would not print or fax the latest changes from End of Encounter. This has been fixed to ensure the latest version of the Form is always printed or faxed. |
| Inventory Management | * In the Control Center/Inventory window, the Level for a given Stock Item with Batch was showing a different value than the same Stock Item and Batch in the Shrinkage, Dispense, Immunise Now, and Invoice windows in some cases. This was due to the logic not being consistent and batches with negative balances being excluded from the calculation. This has been fixed to ensure that accurate and consistent levels are shown in all places. |
| Inventory Management; Medications | - Using the Inventory functionality in Profile, it is possible to manage stock levels of medications automatically as they are dispensed. Previously, there was an issue where cancelling a medication dispense action was not returning the amount of medication to the stock level. This has been fixed. |
| Patient Management | * It was previously possible for a PDF document with particular and uncommon size metadata to exist in the patient’s medical record which prevented the patient from being exported to PDF. This has been fixed. |
| Technical Design | - For special patch versions, such as 10.0.6.A4.2, we previously showed a different version number format (10.0.6.2.A4.Rev0) in some places, such as the auto-upgrade dialog window, and IHServer startup window. This has been fixed to consistently show the standard version number format in all places. |
