## New Provider Options in Intervention Filter

## Unsigned Transactions: Improvements on the "Last 20 Signed" List

## External Provider Search and Synchronization Using Healthlink Directory

| Appointments | - When a user clicked the Providers Sort Order toolbar button in the Appointments view to set a different order of the Provider columns, this was also setting the current filter view as the default filter. This has been fixed. |
| Care Plans and Interventions | * Upon reviewing log files for cloud hosted sites, a rare CreateRSDMessagesAfterTimeOut error was identified. This error indicated a null-pointer issue in the code path for the NIR eMessage service’s timeout handling. This has been fixed. |
| Data Transfer | - The Eliminator functionality to remove patient data from the database was producing errors due to recent changes in the ASSIGNED\_TASK table. This has been fixed. |
| Email | * When an Email is deleted, such as from the Medical Record/Documents view, an audit record is usually created. This audit record was failing and causing an exception error when Burst Logging was configured. This has been fixed. |
| Encounters | - There were some issues with selecting Contact Type in the Administrative Encounter window when there were 30+ options in the list. This has been fixed by switching from a drop-down control to using a lookup control when there are more items than can be displayed without scrolling.
- The preference "Add BMI observation in Encounters on changing" allows automatic BMI measures to be created in Encounters after inputting a Height and a Weight measure in the Encounter. However, this wasn’t working in Contact Entry Forms (CEF). This has been fixed.
- Previously, the "Privacy" option was missing from the New/Edit Encounter window. This has been corrected, so that the option is now displayed. |
| Encounters, Referral | * After creating a Referral and ensuring the Letter has been generated and has a recipient, if the user opened the End of Encounter window, the recipient column showed No Recipient rather than the recipient selected in the letter. This has been fixed. |
| Forms;
Macros and Scripting | - The OnMClose macro event was not triggered if a Form was created during an encounter, saved and closed, reopened, and closed again. This has been fixed. |
| Inventory Management | * The options to filter by Date in the Control Centre/Inventory Audit view filter weren’t applying to the view properly. This has been fixed. Also a new Last X Days option has been added to the filter to allow for a simple rolling date filter. |
| Measures | - Some fields have been removed from the CVDRA calculator form, as they are no longer required for calculations:
- Lifestyle page: "Advice Offset" and "Advice Profile"
- Medical History page: "Years Diagnosed with Diabetes"
On the Home page, "FOR TESTING PURPOSES ONLY" has been changed to "What-if calculation". |
| Medications | * Previously, saving an Admission Reconciliation failed when the Dose Direction field was left empty. Users would encounter a validation error, preventing the record from being saved even after repeated attempts. This issue has been resolved. The record now saves successfully without errors, regardless of whether the Dose Direction field is populated.
* Previously, the PRN checkbox was not retained after completing Admission Reconciliation. This was incorrect. Now, upon completion, continued medications are correctly applied to MedChart as authorised prescriptions with the PRN status accurately preserved.
* When creating a medication order through the New Instruction window, the selected frequency parameter (day/week/month) was not always displayed correctly in the order instructions. The frequency selected in the New Instruction window is now displayed with full accuracy across all Medication Reconciliation views and in MedChart.
* An issue causing an error when editing medications imported through Admission Reconciliation using the Change option in MedChart has been fixed. |
| Patient Management | - An issue was identified with the Find Patient module when attempting to save defaults for the State field changes in Street or Postal address. State would revert to NSW on opening Find Patient. This has been fixed, and the saved default setting (i.e., Edit\Defaults\\\) is working as expected. |
| Results | * An issue was resolved where data from the HL7 NTE segment was not displayed in the Results view for lab results received via CDX HL7 v2 lab interface.
* Unsigned Transactions were incorrectly showing a higher number under Work Notification/Unsigned Transactions in some cases where copies had been created for and signed by another Provider. This issue has been fixed. |
| User Management and Settings | - When adding or editing a POS for a User/Provider in the Edit User/Member Of view, a lock is set to avoid conflicting changes between users. In the case where Domain Accounts were being used for users to authenticate with Windows Active Directory and another user was editing this list for any user, the message shown to indicate that a lock was in place was not clear. The message, “Invalid PPPU Code (DOMAIN\User)” has been changed to “You cannot modify the list of POS’s because the data is being modified by \[User Name] on \[User IP]. Do you want to reload the list right now?”. |
