2) Sélectionnez **Patient/Modifier le patient** à partir de la barre de menu.
Profile ouvrira la fenêtre **Modifier le patient** pour le patient dont le nom apparaît dans le panneau informations patient. Ceci arrivera, par exemple, si vous avez sélectionné un rendez-vous ou un dossier patient.
Si aucun patient n’était sélectionné, la fenêtre **Sélectionner patient** apparaîtra et vous permettra de choisir un patient. Consultez le *Guide de l’utilisateur – Présentationde Profile *pour davantage d'informations.
1) Lorsque vous avez modifié le dossier de patient et vous voulez mettre à jour le Registre Provincial, cliquez le bouton

2) **Recherchez et sélectionnez le patient que vous voulez modifier et cliquez OK**.
