Once the stock is delivered, it should be added to the Inventory:

1. Select **New Stock Delivery** on the menu or
2. Right-click anywhere in the table and select **Stock Delivery**

3. **Enter Stock Delivery** window displays allowing for entering the information:

- Add an order number
- Select the Supplier
- Record batch number and expiry date for applicable stock items
- Enter quantity
- Select the destination location (see [Creating a New Stock Location](https://intrahealth.freshdesk.com/solution/articles/6000226279-creating-a-new-stock-location-))

A new entry line is created in the Inventory for each stock delivery record. Each line represents a stock lot and any changes affecting this stock lot are automatically tracked:

HOT TIP: When performing multiple entries in the Enter Stock Delivery window, you can retain repeating information by clicking on Order, Item, or Batch button depending on what data you would like to keep.
