This document will guide you through the upgrade process of a Profile office mode installation. If your site is configured in enterprise mode, then use the "Profile Upgrade (Enterprise Mode)" documentation available to download from the Self-Service Centre. Office mode is a single IHServer running without Intrahealth Enterprise Manager (IHEM). These instructions are intended for customers who are already using Profile and are looking to upgrade their installation to the latest general release version. It is expected that the procedures contained in this document are carried out either by an Intrahealth representative, or someone with technical knowledge like IT support.
