profile 8 8 0 october 31, 2022 changes global new appointment confirmation/cancellation web page appointments there have been issues using the appointment reminder sms functionality to allow patients to confirm or cancel appointments by replying via sms to solve this issue, we've built a new web page directly into profile which will allow patients to confirm or cancel appointments with a reliable link back to the actual appointment documents view loading performance improvements documents significant improvements were made to load time when opening a documents view with many items email filtering enhancement email filtering by 'subject' and 'from' fields was added to the email view internet faxing for other ix orders added investigations, printing the ability to send investigation orders in the other ix view of the new encounter actions segment bar menu via internet faxing was added find functionality added to typing templates maintain find toolbar button and panel added to the typing template list (maintain/templates/typing templates) to allow users to search in code and description or text of typing templates in this window stdole package updated maintain the stdole package was updated from version 7 0 3303 0 to version 17 3 32804 24 jose jwt package updated maintain the jose jwt package was updated from version 3 2 0 to version 4 0 1 newtonsoft json package updated maintain the newtonsoft json library was updated from version 11 0 to version 13 0 1 postcode format change misc the postal code control has been changed to allow entering the full code without a space and the entered data is formatted afterwards oledb provider name added into server log misc for diagnostic purposes, the oledb provider name has been added to the ihserver log ability the list of cases in the cases view in the patient home view were not sorted in a useful way this has been improved to sort by status, so closed cases will appear at the bottom of the list \[hcare] ability to lock final letters preference added portals the 'permanently lock status final letters' preference has been added from profile to hcare setting cell phone and dob dependency with local accession removed portals local accession is a configuration option to bypass ih central and use local authentication when accession patient/provider users log in to the website with this option enabled, some checks for cell phone number and provider date of birth were being applied when they aren't relevant this has been fixed \[profile patient portal & accession patient] appointment property added portals a new appointment property has been added to the onthego profile so clinics can make it mandatory for patients to enter the appointment reason when booking an appointment in profile patient portal & accession patient \[hcare] mandatory task holder preference support added portals hcare now supports configurable behaviour for making the task holder mandatory, based on the existing preference use local accession preference separated for patient and provider portals the existing use local accession preference has been separated to apply to patients and providers distinctly this will allow using ih central (i e profile provider portal 2) for providers and local accession for patients external provider lookup limit increased referral in referrals, the ext prov field limit of the amount of names displayed in the lookup list has been increased to 200 unsigned transactions columns overflow improvement results if multiple columns are displayed in unsigned deleted/hidden these issues have been fixed exception error when signing transactions results an exception error occurred when attempting to sign any unsigned transactions this has been fixed hpi o missing prescriptions when prescribing electronically, the prac or pos hpi o is a mandatory value however, when the prac record had no hpi o entered with the ‘find hpi o service by pos’
