## Profile 8.7.0

May 14, 2022

### Changes

### Global

**Default Maximum allowed content length in web.config changed**The default Maximum allowed content length in IIS web.config has been increased from 28MB to 286MB to resolve issues with Encounters not saving properly when there are multiple photos attached.

**\[Profile Patient Portal] Administrative Problems removed from Changed Information**
**If the Changed Information view is enabled, patients are able to see items that were created in their Medical Record using Profile Patient Portal. This view used to include Administrative Problems, which most clinics use as internal notes and therefore, may cause uncomfortable questions from patients. Administrative Problems have been removed from this view. **

**Appointment view icons visual improvement (Ticket 86122)**
**The appointment status icons which display in booked appointment slots now have more contrast against dark or light background colours for better visibility. **

**Living count value updated in Maternal Summary (Ticket 89581)**
**Previously, the Living count in the Maternal Summary was counting pregnancies which had a status of Term Delivery or Pre-term Delivery. This has been changed to count the Infants in those pregnancies to account for multiple births. **

**Missing documents added to referral attachments (Ticket 63801)**
**Outward referrals did not allow attaching some types of documents from the patient record. These have been added. **

**Auto Inactivate Patient criteria changed (Ticket 209269)**
**Auto Inactivate Patient criteria has been changed from using Date Last Changed to Date Last Contact. **

**Date format on printed invoice changed (Ticket 198789)**
**The date format on printed invoices has been changed to match the date format selected in workspace preferences. **

**Change to placement of inline BMI measure (Ticket 87080)**
**The logic has been changed to keep inline editing measures together when inline editing measures are automatically created. The extra line separating BMI from the Height and Weight inline editing measures in an encounter has been removed. **

**Logic change for Additional Immunisations Required setting (Ticket 95088)**
**In the Care Plans and the Immunisations views of the Medical Record and in the Immunisations tab of Clinical Details, the Additional Immunisations Required checkbox logic has been removed for all Health Systems except Australia where the logic remains linked to AIR. The checkbox will remain for all Health Systems. **

**Default POS changed to logged-in POS in Scan Processor (Ticket 91739)**
**In 8.5 and below, when a user selected a provider in the Scan Processor window, the provider’s main POS would be selected automatically. As of 8.6, the POS field remains empty. Neither of these behaviours were ideal, so we’ve changed this to default to the current user’s logged-in POS and added provider-POS validation to ensure the selected provider is a member of the selected POS. **

**PPPU/Member Of/ POS Code column width change**
**Autosize behaviour has been added to the POS Code column and Provider Group Code column in the Member Of tab of the Edit Provider window. **

**PDF rotation can be saved (Ticket 75115)**
**When a PDF document is rotated before importing into the Scan Processor, it is imported with the corrected orientation. After importing, when a PDF is rotated in the Documents view, the corrected orientation is saved. **

**CDO forms force save issue (Ticket 88454)**
**In Profile 8.5.0, the behaviour was changed in CDO forms to cause them to force being saved in some circumstances where they didn’t require saving before, such as printing. This caused some issues with forms were used as utilities or workflow aids but not intended to be saved in the Medical Record. We have reverted to the old behaviour where forms aren’t forced to be saved in those cases. **

**Result print header changed**
**The header that appears at the top of the printout for Results has been changed to improve consistency and clarity.**

- The area of the header that displays patient information used to show some of these data elements from the source facility, which might be different than the patient record in Profile. This has been changed to only shows patient data from the patient record in Profile for clarity. The patient details from the source facility are expected to be shown in the body of the result, below this generic header, which may be useful to see, especially for results which aren’t matched to a patient record in Profile (i.e. Manual Matches).
- The 'Version \[x] of \[y]' text has been removed because this information is not relevant to any external party that the result is being sent to and may cause confusion.

**The option to specify date, time and POS of a telephone discussion has been added to the Phone Call button window, allowing for greater flexibility when recording historical telephone conversations. **

**Prescription lists in Profile have been updated to show the the prescription comment.
