### Flow Sheets

### Flow sheets have now been divided into core flow sheets, which are the default for the whole clinic, and provider-specific flow sheets and/or patient-specific flow sheets, called variants and based on filters. These specific flowsheets can display target ranges (as opposed to reference ranges) and any values outside of these target ranges will display in a different colour.

### There are now time intervals which apply to every HRI (but are only visually displayed in Flow Sheets).   Any values outside of the time interval set (ex. last 3 months) will have a different background colour.

### Immunisations and vaccines now display in flow sheets.

### The HRI/HRC dictionary is expanded and more robust.  HRIs and HRCs can be selected in a form to add to the dictionary, and they carry more information.  They support combo boxes and text strings. The dictionary is also the fastest way to add HRI/HRC to forms.

### An observation column can be toggled to display, allowing the entry of newly recorded values. These are saved as new CDO transactions.

### Historical Prescriptions

### Past prescriptions can now be manually entered in the Medical Record/Prescriptions view (and in the Scripts view of a New Encounter) in the Prior Scripts tab with the new toolbar icon, ::Image[]{src="https://api.qa.archbee.co/api/optimize/zICxj0dnLereb6UUrBA3-/B_lGsRtAmfAP7AfxSfpgo_cxog7hoxhzwxxmwqyauv6ofhk3di6owtq.png" size="10" isUploading="false" initialPath="assets/CXoG7HOXhzwXxmwQYAuv6OFHK3DI_6OWtQ.png" githubPath="en/Releases and Announcements/Release Notes - General/Profile for Windows 8.6/assets/CXoG7HOXhzwXxmwQYAuv6OFHK3DI_6OWtQ.png" position="flex-start" showCaption="false"}. The instruction panel has a number of new fields to allow for historical data entry. Approximate dates are supported.

- ### Patient Problem list, with the ability to add, edit, and delete problems
- ### Patient Forms view to view and edit existing forms

## Canada

## New Brunswick and Ontario

## OntarioMD Imports and Exports

### OntarioMD imports and exports of patient files to/from Profile or another EMR product can now be done. For imports, there will be an extra tab that will display the information imported that didn’t fit into one of our existing fields.  Exports will also include information that was stored but may not have been displayed to ensure a full export.

## New Brunswick

## OntarioMD Conformance

### We have received official conformance approval.

## British Columbia

## Clinical Document eXchnage (CDX)

### Bug fixes have been implemented

## Population Based Funding

### Population-based funding has been enhanced in Profile to reflect the latest changes in undergoing conformance.

## Australia

## Australian Immunisation Register (AIR)

### Historically, immunisation data sent to AIR has been sent from Profile using the Client/Server Adaptor and was restricted to notifications of immunisation completion.   Functionality to support sending and receiving immunisation data in real-time electronically between AIR and Profile is now supported through AIR web services.

- ### Check authorization access to an individual's AIR record
- ### Record or update immunisation administrations in Profile that automatically update the individual's AIR record
- ### Generate an AIR Planned Catch-UP notification for overdue immunisations of an individual under 20 years of age
- ### Record or update an individual's indigenous status in AIR
- ### Add an indicator for an individual who may require further follow up and additional vaccines as per the Australian Immunisation Handbook for special risk groups
- ### Retrieve lists for an individual of the following:
  - ### Immunisation history which includes a printable immunisation history statement
  - ### Medical contraindication history
  - ### Natural immunity history
  - ### Vaccine trial history

New toolbar icons have been added to the Care Plans view and the Immunisations view to support these functions.

## ePrescriptions

### Profile 8.6 introduces full electronic transmission of a prescription and an accompanying token. Profile continues to utilize the eRx adaptor to facilitate the transfer of prescriptions to a Prescription Deliver Service (PDS) known as Medical Knowledge, which will store prescriptions to be downloaded by a pharmacist using a token (QR code/Barcode).

### All electronic prescriptions sent from Profile will be accompanied by a token provided to the patient, or a Carer/Agent of their choice.  The token can be provided in the form of:

- ### A printed token with a QR code/Barcode
- ### An email containing a PDF version of the printed token
- ### An SMS message containing a URI link to the token

### In addition to tokens, Profile provides the ability to upload a patient’s prescriptions to an Active Script List repository, MySL. MySL is used to store a registered patient’s active prescriptions until they present at a pharmacy for a pharmacist to download the prescription.   This enables a patient to present a valid form of identification at any pharmacy to obtain their prescribed medication without requiring a printed prescription or a token.

### Overall, the workflow to create a prescription or prescription refill remains the same, with minor changes to the user interface.
