important notice starting july 2025 , the health connect and provider direct mobile apps will no longer be supported users are encouraged to transition to the web versions for continued access key details a persistent deprecation notice will appear on every app launch, informing users of the transition the web versions are optimised for all devices, offering enhanced features, better security, and a seamless user experience during the transition period, users can still access app features after acknowledging the notice post deprecation, the app will display a message directing users to the web version, with a customer friendly link (e g , "health connect" or "provider direct") to the web portal action required users should begin transitioning to the web version to ensure uninterrupted
