Intrahealth has released an updated version of the '2020 New Zealand Immunisation Schedule - October Release' Care plan to support the new changes that came into effect regarding PCV10 and PCV13 immunisations on 1st December 2022.

As of 1st December 2022, PCV13 should be administered instead of PCV10.

Importing this Care Plan into Profile will overwrite the '2020 New Zealand Immunisation Schedule - October Release' Care plan with the '2020 New Zealand Immunisation Schedule - October Release **(PCV13 Update)**' Care Plan.

The updated Care Plan can be imported by navigating to Organisation -> Import & Export -> Import Jaffa File

If there are patients already enrolled in the old Care Plan, please follow the steps below to update the patient's Care Plans:

1. Go to Special -> Global Care Plans -> Update Care Plans
2. Select the updated Care Plan from the list
3. Under One-off interventions, select 'Install Interventions After Today'
4. Select 'A backup has been made' (Please ensure a database backup has been taken before selecting this option)
5. Click OK
