The Vaccine Indication Codes, Vaccine Codes and Treatment Site jaffas are common jaffa files distributed with all care plan packages.   This is to ensure customers have the required foundational codes available in the system.

The HIB re-vaccination of children under 10 yrs care plan contains 4 doses of **Infanrix-hexa** vaccine.

The interval between each dose is set to 4 weeks.

This vaccine is **funded **and will generate an invoice on completion, for inclusion in an IMM claim.  

The indication is set by default to **Standard (Stn)**.
