This care plan package contains 6 jaffa files:

- Vaccine Indication Codes
- Vaccine Codes
- Treatment Site
- Service Codes x 2
- HEPA Havrix aged 16 and over care plan

The Vaccine Indication Codes, Vaccine Codes and Treatment Site jaffas are common jaffa files distributed with all care plan packages.   This is to ensure customers have the required foundational codes available in the system.

The HEPA Havrix aged 16 and over care plan contains 2 doses of **Havrix** vaccine.  Clients can remove one of the doses if it should not be applied to the patient i.e., close contacts of hepatitis A case.

This vaccine is **funded **and will generate an invoice on completion, for inclusion in an IMM claim.  

The indication is set by default to **Standard (Stn)**.

There are 2 alternatives available that are not funded: **Avaxim** and the Hep A and B combination vaccine **Twinrix**.   Invoices will not be generated automatically for these two vaccines when given as alternatives to Havrix.
