This care plan package contains 5 jaffa files:

- Vaccine Indication Codes
- Vaccine Codes
- Service Codes
- Treatment Site
- COVID19 care plan

The Vaccine Indication Codes, Vaccine Codes and Treatment Site jaffas are common jaffa files distributed with all care plan packages.   This is to ensure customers have the required foundational codes available in the system.

The COVID-19 care plan contains the most recent changes to the XBB.1.5 products. The plan contains 3 primary doses of **Omicron XBB.1.5 (30mcg) MDV** and 3 booster doses of **Omicron XBB.1.5 (30mcg) MDV** vaccine.

The primary doses are interchangeable with all other valid alternatives that may have been recorded in the past or are newly available for adults and children:

- mRNA-CV (3mcg)
- mRNA-CV (10mcg)
- mRNA-CV (30mcg) – monovalent
- Nuvaxovid rCV
- Omicron XBB.1.5 (3mcg) MDV (*New*)
- Omicron XBB.1.5 (10mcg) SDV (*New*)
- Omicron XBB.1.5 (30mcg) SDV (*New*)
- Nuvaxovid rCV XBB.1.5 (*New*)

The booster doses are interchangeable with all other valid alternatives that may have been recorded in the past or are newly available for adults and children:

- mRNA-CV (15/15mcg) – bivalent
- Nuvaxovid rCV
- Omicron XBB.1.5 (30mcg) SDV
- Nuvaxovid rCV XBB.1.5

All doses can also have the alternative marked as **COVID-19 vaccine given overseas**.

This vaccine is funded however, the invoicing and payments systems are driven by the immunization event data i.e., NIR message, sent from Profile to the AIR system.  

The indication for these immunisations are set by default to **Primary course (5)** for primary doses and **Booster (6)** for booster doses.
