This has been fixed. ## Profile 8.7.8 Sept. 30, 2022 ### Australia Profile now supports Australia ePrescribing ## Profile 8.7.7 Sept. 1, 2022 ### Bug Fixes ### Global **Patients not displaying in Waiting area (P4W-8)**As patients were arrived, they were not appearing in the Waiting area for all users. This has been fixed. **Additional meeting providers display issue (P4W-42)**All providers who were a part of meeting appointments were not displaying the Bookings view of the Alter Patient window; only the main appointment provider was displaying. This has been fixed. **Bookings status incorrect (P4W-43)**When an appointment was made into a meeting and the ‘Confirmed’ checkbox was checked, the status in the Bookings view of the Alter Patient window would display as ‘Booked’ instead of ‘Confirmed’. This has been fixed. **Meeting appointment duplication issue (P4W-44)**When an appointment was made into a meeting. The appointment linked to the main provider of the meeting was duplicated in the Appointments view of the Alter Patient window. This has been fixed. ### Australia **Support for Multiple PRODA Minor IDs (P4W-49)**For customers using the PRODA Medicare claiming interface, this change allows Minor IDs to be used at the POS level. When generating a Web Service request that includes the Minor ID: In the context of claims, if the claim invoice POS contains a Minor ID, then the value is derived from the POS ID; if the user is logged on to POS which contains a Minor ID, then the value is derived from the POS ID; otherwise, the Organisation Location ID is used. **Incorrect Provider Numbers (Service IDs) submission issue (P4W-9)**Where provider have several Provider Numbers (Service IDs) as they bill under various POS, in claims sent to Medicare, Profile would use the ‘Provider Number’ from the Reference view instead of the ‘Service ID’ set in the relevant POS in the Member Of view of the provider’s People & Places profile. This has been fixed. ## Profile 8.7.6 Aug. 8, 2022 ### Global ### Bug Fixes **Script errors with some forms (SPR JPA32062)**When some forms were accessed, saved, and reviewed, script errors occurred. This has been fixed. **Error in Edit appointment window with meeting (SPR ALS32096)**An exception error would occur when checking the Meeting checkbox in the Edit appointment window. This has been fixed. **Quick search results not meeting criteria (SPR ALS32101)**When the Search appointments panel was displayed, in any of the views where it’s available, it would sometimes list results that did not the filter criteria. For example, it would display booked slots when set to only display free slots. This has been fixed. **Attendance view displaying following day appointments (SPR JPA32108)**When the Attendance view filter was set to a particular date, the results displayed appointments that were booked before 10am the following day. This has been fixed. **Quick search panel shows booked slot twice (SPR ALS32117)**In the Search appointments panel, if the filter was set to display ‘Free Slots’, when a slot became booked, the booked slot would display twice: one empty slot and one slot with the patient’s name. This has been fixed and the booked slot only displays once, with the patient’s name, until the user presses Search again. **Chat status doesn’t update (SPR JUN54886)**There was an issue where users appeared as ‘Available’ to other users in the chat window even when they had logged out of Profile. This has been fixed. **Waitlist appointment loading issue (SPR JUN54663)**The Waitlist view did not load appointments as expected by booking date criteria set in the filter. This has been fixed. ### New Zealand ### Bug Fixes **SQL error when eOrdering (SPR SWA55025)**When an eOrder was placed, an SQL foreign key violation error occurred during the setting of investigation order details in Profile. This has been fixed and the validation to check if the investigation with generated code already exists now occurs during writeback. ### Australia ### Bug Fixes **Special Authority script printing 2 pages (SPR JPA32114)**When the ‘Handwritten scripts for S8 drug and S11 drug in Victoria’ preference is enabled, the special authority script was printing 2 pages instead of just 1. This has been fixed. **Immunise Now error (SPR JPA32115)**When users clicked on the Immunise Now main toolbar button and selected a field, an exception error occurred. This has been fixed. **Error sending immunisation to the AIR (SPR JPA32127)**Where a Nurse or a user set as a ‘Provider’ and with the Reference System set to ‘Other’ was entered in the ‘Performed By’ field in an immunisation, an error occurred when sending the immunisation to the AIR. This has been fixed. ## Profile 8.7.5 July 14, 2022 ### Bug Fixes ### Australia **Issue processing incoming Pathology HL7 messages (SPR MAL32107)**When incoming Pathology HL7 messages were processed, it would fail because of the error “Can’t convert “+0930” from ANSI date/time string to date/time”. This has been fixed. ## Profile 8.7.4 July 11, 2022 ### Bug Fixes ### Global **Errors when deleting Contract Entry Form in New Encounter (SPR JPA32094)**When users deleted a CEF form from a New Encounter to make use of another contact form, multiple error windows opened, and users were not able to save the selected contact form. This has been fixed. **Patient FirstName COM property truncation issue (SPR ALS32087)**If a patient has a hyphen in their first name, the property aPatient.FirstName, used in forms and reports to display the patient’s first name, would truncate the name and would not include the hyphen and what came after it. This has been fixed. ### New Zealand **eOrder launch request parameter issue (SPR SWA54780)**The value for the patient residency parameter was not being passed in the eOrder launch request, so the ‘Eligible for publicly funded service’ radio button was set incorrectly to “No” in the eOrder form. This has been fixed. ### Australia **Medicare Specialist and Pathology services issue (SPR ALN59378)**There was an issue where Profile allowed sending Specialist and Pathology services in the same claim, which is not allowed by Medicare. This has been fixed. **Manual price change issue on Quote or Pending invoice (SPR MTY54920)**When a price quote or pending invoice was created in the system and the user manually updated the price or applied a discount code, the system did not save the manual price update. This has been fixed. ## Profile 8.7.3 July 4, 2022 ### Changes ### Global **Unwanted prompt upon updating Wait List entry (SPR ALS32069)**If a wait list entry was linked to a case, when making any change to it and pressing OK, it would prompt to add a new sub-referral, if one did not exist already. The behaviour has changed, and now the prompt only comes up if the ‘Prompt for new item’ preference is checked in Organisation/Preferences/Case Preferences/Case Sub-Referrals panel. **Document types added to Referral Attachments (SPR JUN51822)**Outward referrals did not allow attachment of some types of documents from the patient record. These have been added. **Medicare Ref print variable missing from various folders (SPR ALS32077)**Print variables for Medicare (number) and Medicare Expiry Date are available under the Patient folder and various other Context folders/Patient subfolders, but the print variable for Medicare Ref was only available under Context/Invoice/Patient. The print variable for Medicare Ref has now been added in all the same folders as the number and expiry date print variables. ### Bug Fixes ### Global **Work Centre Wait List Appointment column refresh issue (SPR ALS32074)**In the Work Centre Wait List view, when an appointment was booked using the Search appointments panel, the Wait List entry would automatically and correctly link the appointment to the wait list; however, the Appointment column would not show that link until the Work Centre window was closed and re-opened. This has been fixed. **Macro report sorting order issue (SPR ALS32075)**When running a macro report using the Reportlist method, dates were sorted incorrectly. This has been fixed. ### Australia **Disabled Send button issue with revoked role action (SPR JPA32091)**Users with a revoked role action for Financial\Reverse Transaction were not able to process Medicare patient claims because the Send button was disabled. This has been fixed. **Ad hoc prescriptions not printing drug name (SPR MAL32092)**The printed prescription form didn’t include the drug name for ad hoc prescription items. This has been fixed. ## Profile 8.7.2 June 15, 2022 ### Changes ### New Zealand **NHI Number format changes (SPR AJH54654)**Profile has been updated to validate and process NHI numbers in the new AAANNAC format which the Ministry of Health will start issuing in the coming months. ### Bug Fixes ### Global **Print variables issue for typing templates in Send Message (SPR ALS32057)**When a typing template was inserted into the Send Message window, any context print variables that were part of the typing template were not included. This has been fixed. **Appointment booked in Quick Search panel issue (SPR ALS32056)**When an appointment was booked by dragging and dropping a patient from a list onto the quick search panel, the appointment would show twice in the panel. This has been fixed. **Error when generating Financial Reports/Multiple Reports (SPR JPA32081)**When generating Financial Reports/Multiple Reports, an error occurred, and the report was not created. This has been fixed. **Error with Review Encounters button (SPR CAR54538)**An exception error would occur when using the Review Encounters button. This has been fixed. ### New Zealand **\[NZePs] Script quantity issue (SPR JPA32045)**Where the script quantity for a prescription was set to ‘day’, ‘week’, or ‘month’, the ePrescribing checkbox was checked for the current order and the user clicked the print or email toolbar icon, a warning dialog appeared stating the Supply Unit was missing and prevented the script from being sent electronically and printed or emailed. This has been fixed. ## Profile 8.7.1 May 23, 2022 ### Changes ### Australia **\[PRODA] Hardcoded URLs issue (SPR JAM54661)**New editable fields were added to eMessage preferences to allow the modification of the default URLs for Medicare interfaces. ### Bug Fixes ### Global **Incorrect Provider displayed in Care Teams (SPR VIC59629)**When a new Care Team role was created and the Provider type was changed with a provider added in the adjacent field, a different provider is displayed in the Provider column in the Care Teams view. This has been fixed. **Error with spellcheck (SPR VIC59639)**When spelling was checked (Edit/Check Spelling) in a rich edit field (like the Explanation and Links field in a task), an Access violation exception error would occur. This has been fixed.
