**QuickBill provider information change (P4W-128)**&#x49;n Profile 8.5, there was a change which unintentionally caused non-providers to be defaulted in the Provider field of the QuickBill window when they first created an encounter, even if a provider opened the encounter afterwards and did the QuickBill. This has been changed so that the logged-in user will be defaulted as the QuickBill provider if they have the “Is Financial” checkbox checked in their provider profile; otherwise, the Encounter provider will be used as the QuickBill provider if they have “Is Financial” checked or the QuickBill Provider field will be empty if neither have “Is Financial” checked.

**VBScript injection vulnerability in Patient Views (BAC-38)**&#x49;n patient views, there was a vulnerability when a user entered data that allowed VBScript injection opportunities. This has been fixed and user-entered data is HTML-encoded to prevent any injection opportunities.

**DOB in Find Object Query issue (P4W-74)**&#x57;hen running an FOQ that pulls the variable Patient > DOB, the result that was returned was 1 day prior to the actual DOB in the patient’s chart. This has been fixed.

**Exception error when adding a pregnancy (P4W-84)**&#x41;fter clicking the new pregnancy icon in the Obstetric view toolbar, the Pregnancy window opened and then an exception error occurred. This has been fixed.

**Attachments display issue in Referrals (P4W-91)**&#x49;n the Attachments tab of referrals, the most recent items were not being displayed. Also, the Documents count was not displaying the number of items, but the number of categories under it. This has been fixed.

**Unable to do Internet Faxing from Other Ix (P4W-85)**&#x55;sers were unable to send Other Ix investigations using Internet Faxing. This has been fixed.

### British Columbia

**Issue with entering page numbers to print in new Antenatal form (P4W-86)**&#x49;n the Print Setup window that opens after selecting to print the new Antenatal form, the Pages field allowing the entry of page numbers/ranges was disabled. This has been fixed.

**Missing properties in printed prescription (P2038-66)**&#x53;ome prescription properties were not being printed in the prescription form output. This has been fixed.

### New Brunswick

**Negative values in Deposits issue (BAC-91)**&#x4E;egative values in the Actual Cash field of Deposits were allowed to be deposited. This has been fixed.

**Manually set Abnormal flag issue (P4W-4)**&#x57;hen manually adding or removing an abnormal flag for a measure value, the abnormal flag setting was not saved. This has been fixed.

**Registration status update issue with no linked patient (BC Population-based Funding) (P4W-38)**&#x49;n some cases, registration records aren’t linked to a patient. When a response was received from the ministry, an error occurred and left the registration status as Pending. This has been fixed and the registration status is updated to Accepted or Rejected (overridden in UI) as usual, even if there is no linked patient.

**Indefinite Pending Registrations (BC Population-based Funding) (SPR P4W-37)**&#x53;ome customers had many registration items in Pending status indefinitely as the status was not updated as expected when the response was received from Teleplan. This has been fixed.

**\[Accession Patient] Paging controls missing when booking appointments (SPR GRA54239)**&#x57;hen a patient was looking for available appointment slots in the Book Appointments panel, they were unable to see more than the first 5 appointments. This has been fixed.

**Patients not displaying in Waiting area (SPR VIL54531)**&#x41;s patients were arrived, they were not appearing in the Waiting area for all users. This has been fixed.

**Multiple images overlapping in letter (SPR CAR53702)**&#x50;asting multiple images in the letter editor would result in the images overlapping instead of appearing one after the other. This has been fixed.

**Letter variable error (SPR CAR54432)**&#x55;sing the letter variable Letter.Patient.LastContactDayDetails would result in an ‘Error loading content’ message displaying instead. This has been fixed.

**Inaccurate Unsigned Transactions count in Work notification (SPR VIL53506)**&#x54;he count of Unsigned Transactions displaying in the Work notification did not match the count displaying in the Unsigned Transactions view of the Work Centre, even though both filters were the same. This has been fixed.

**Exception error with eliminator process (SPR ALS31936)**&#x49;n some databases, the eliminator process would generate exception errors and would fail to complete. This has been fixed.

**Exception error during eliminator process (SPR JUN54596)**&#x41; foreign key constraint ‘FK\_FAXED\_TRANS’ exception error occurred while running the eliminator process if there was Fax Job data in the database. This has been fixed.

**Letterhead missing in email (SPR CAR53766)**&#x57;hen the ‘Include Letterhead’ checkbox was checked in the letter, the letterhead was not being added to the email message created from the letter window. This has been fixed.**Incorrect chat status display – additional issues (SPR JUN54886)**&#x57;hen a user logged off, the notification message received by users in chat did not display the word “offline”. This has been fixed. Also, in addition to the red dot denoting the ‘Not available’ status, the user name will also be in grey font to differentiate the status from ‘Busy’.

**Error when eFaxing order forms (SPR CAR54630)**&#x57;hen the Internet Fax option was selected from the ‘Save and Print’ icon on a form, a foreign key constraint error occurred. This has been fixed.

**SQL error when eOrdering (SPR SWA55025)**&#x57;hen an eOrder was placed, an SQL foreign key violation error occurred during the setting of investigation order details in Profile. This has been fixed and the validation to check if the investigation with generated code already exists now occurs during writeback.

**Issue with Capture Image tool within My Account (SPR CAR54880)**&#x57;hen a user launched the My Account Capture Image tool by clicking the ‘Change picture’ link, the Capture Image window would load but none of the buttons were responsive, requiring Profile to be force closed. This has been fixed.

**BC Antenatal Form in non-BC databases (SPR COR54705)**&#x57;hen upgrading to Profile 8.5 or above, the BC Antenatal Form was added to some databases where it was not applicable. This has been fixed by hiding the form if the Health System is set to British Columbia, Canada.

**Error when clicking ‘I am locked out’ link on login window (SPR CAR54852)**&#x57;hen a user clicked the ‘I am locked out’ link in the login window to trigger sending an unlock request to the administrator and clicked Yes in the dialog box to confirm the send request, an access violation error would occur. This has been fixed.

**Incorrect chat status display (SPR JUN54886)**&#x54;here was an issue where users would appear as having ‘Online’ status to other users in the chat window when they were not online. This has been fixed.

**Display issue with lab result comments (SPR CAR54951)**&#x43;omments within lab result messages were not displaying properly in Profile 8.6. This has been fixed.

**Client Registry issue with patient first names (SPR CAR54915)**&#x57;hen a patient’s first name is updated to include French characters, spaces, or other special characters like hyphens, the push to the Provincial Client Registry is stopping at the first instance of one of these variables. This has been fixed.

**EHR Clinical Viewer access not logged (SPR COR54923)**&#x57;hen a user accessed the EHR Clinical Viewer for a patient using the built-in main toolbar button, this was not logged in the EMR Audit Log. This has been fixed.

**Prescription form additions (SPR COR54461)**&#x54;he patient’s health card number and issuing province has been added to the prescription form.

**eForm role actions disabled (SPR COR54704)**&#x54;he New eForm buttons, eForms view in the Medical Record and the eForms Management view in the Work Centre were enabled by the relevant role actions being granted by default despite these items not having a useful purpose in this jurisdiction yet. These have now been disabled.

**eOrder launch request parameter issue (SPR SWA54780)**&#x54;he value for the patient residency parameter was not being passed in the eOrder launch request, so the ‘Eligible for publicly funded service’ radio button was set incorrectly to “No” in the eOrder form. This has been fixed.

**\[SMART on FHIR] Ability to search eForms (SPR COR54311)**&#x49;n the Browse eForms window, accessed by clicking the New toolbar icon in the eForms view of the Medical Record, eForms can now be searched by name using the eForm Name search field.

**\[SMART on FHIR] Ability to favourite eForms (SPR COR54312)**&#x49;n the Browse eForms window, accessed by clicking the New toolbar icon in the eForms view of the Medical Record, the ability to favourite eForms has been added. A Favourites folder has been created and is selected by default when the window opens. Selecting an eForm and clicking the Make Favourite toolbar icon (or right-clicking on an eForm and selecting the Make Favourite option) adds the eForm to the Favourites folder. Favourites can also be removed.

**\[SMART on FHIR] Print and eFax support added to eForms (SPR COR54549)**&#x57;hen an eForm is in Submitted status, it can be printed or eFaxed in the eForms Management view of the Work Centre and the eForms view of the Medical Record. eForms can now also be attached to letters and referrals.

**Anonymisation deleted form templates (SPR VIL54601)**&#x54;here was an issue where running the Anonymisation process (Organization/Supplementals/Anonymisation) would delete the Health Record Collection Templates, also known as Form Templates. This has been fixed.

**External provider search display issue in Care Team (SPR CAR54492)**&#x57;hen searching for an external provider in the Care Team view, the results listed in the Provider field displayed only the name and code of the external provider without the address. This has been fixed.

**Incorrect Provider displayed in Care Teams (SPR VIC59629)**&#x57;hen a new Care Team role was created and the Provider type was changed with a provider added in the adjacent field, a different provider is displayed in the Provider column in the Care Teams view. This has been fixed.

**Exception error when pasting data from Cumulative tab (SPR VIL54148)**&#x57;hen copying more than 2 lines of values from the Cumulative tab of the Results view and pasting to a New Encounter, an exception error would occur. This has been fixed.

**Date omitted when printing Intervention List (SPR CAR54295)**&#x53;ince 8.6.0, the Date column was empty when printing the Intervention List. This has been fixed.

**Pathology/Radiology order forms issue with Incomplete Items (SPR CAR54241)**&#x43;licking the Save & Print icon on order forms did not set the corresponding Contact action status to ‘Complete’, therefore the Incomplete Items window would appear upon closing the encounter. This has been fixed.

**Not all documents displaying in referral Attachments tab (SPR JUN51822)**&#x4F;utward referral did not allow attaching of some documents from the patient record. This has been fixed.

**\[NZePs] Script quantity issue (SPR JPA32045)**&#x57;here the script quantity for a prescription was set to ‘day’, ‘week’, or ‘month’, the ePrescribing checkbox was checked for the current order and the user clicked the print or email toolbar icon, a warning dialog appeared stating the Supply Unit was missing and prevented the script from being sent electronically and printed or emailed. This has been fixed.

The checkbox will remain for all Health Systems.

**Web browser minimum size issue (SPR SWA54583)**&#x54;he web browser window was designed to have a minimum size of 640x480 but was displaying as small as possible when launched. This has been fixed.

**File upload security issue (SPR EGO54600)**&#x46;ile upload was not blocking HTML files which could lead to potential Cross-Site scripting attacks. This has been fixed.

**Logged IP address security issue (SPR EGO54602)**&#x54;he logged IP address could be manipulated on the client side to hide the real IP in Logs. This has been fixed.

**Accession Patient security issue (SPR EGO54599)**&#x53;ome views in Accession Patient were still vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery. This has been fixed.

**Issues with referral letter display after upgrade (SPR CAR54558)**&#x41;fter upgrade to 8.6, Inward referrals where the referral letter status is set to something other than Closed and some Outward reason letters were displaying as blank. This has been fixed and where a referral/reason letter doesn't have a letter created, it will still display the referral letter template.

**CDS Export Options window French display issue (SPR VIL54567)**&#x53;ome items in the Patient CDS Export Options window were not displaying their French translations. This has been fixed.

\[NZ eOrdering] We have added Eclair clinical information system integration to allow electronic lab ordering within Profile, through the ‘eOrder’ icon in the Pathology view toolbar of a New Encounter. Users will also be able to review the ‘eResults’ ordered by other providers and clinics via an icon in the Results view toolbar in the patient’s medical record.

**Group session link issue (SPR ALS31836)**&#x57;hen opening a group session encounter from the Encounters view, it would open the encounter for the patient in context instead of the opening it for the patient in the link. This has been fixed.

**Chat notifications issue (SPR ALS31946)**&#x43;hat notifications would show multiple changes in other users’ availability status (Away/Available/Away/Available, etc.) even if that user had not changed their status at all and had been idle the whole time. This has been fixed.

**Upgrade to 8.5 issue (SPR ALS31960)**&#x49;n some circumstances, upgrade to 8.5 would fail with an error. This has been fixed.

**Cannot close Medical Record after printing Integrated Care Plan form (SPR ALS31982)**&#x49;n some circumstances, when users would print a form, the Medical Record could not be closed, and Profile had to be ended via the Task Manager. This has been fixed.

**Error when double-clicking intervention action (SPR ALS31984)**&#x57;hen double-clicking on an intervention action, if double-clicking has been set up to open the Intervention Completion window, an exception error would occur. This has been fixed.

**Selecting multiple MedChart items issue (SPR ALS31985)**&#x55;sers were unable to select multiple MedChart items in the New Encounter MedCharts panel. This has been fixed.

**Error when printing MedChart reports (SPR ALS31988)**&#x41;n error occurred when trying to print the MedChart Generic and Discontinued reports. This has been fixed.

**Do Not Resuscitate display issue (SPR VIL53952)**&#x57;ith a patient having the Do Not Resuscitate checkbox checked in Clinical Details, and the Organisation checkbox checked in the Clinical Info Panel tab of Clinical Preferences, the Do Not Resuscitate was no longer displaying in the Clinical Info Panel. This has been fixed.

**\[CDX] Document Categories issue (SPR GRA53829)**&#x57;e previously mapped the CDX Document Categories ‘Note’ and ‘General Purpose Notification’ to our existing Document Category short codes ‘Scanned Documents’ and ‘Information Disclosure’. They should, in fact, be separate categories to align with the terminology used in CDX, and consequently have their own short codes This has been fixed.

**\[CDX] eMessage missing clinician phone number (SPR TON54130)**&#x54;he clinician’s telephone number wasn’t being included in the CDX eMessage as a document element. This has been fixed to meet the document format requirements for other EMR groups.

**Change to placement of inline BMI measure (SPR VIL54038)**&#x54;he logic was changed to keep inline editing measures together when inline editing measures are automatically created. The extra line separating BMI from the Height and Weight inline editing measures in an encounter has been removed.

**Issue editing appointment after booking (SPR VIL53688)**&#x41;fter upgrading to Profile 8.5, some users couldn’t edit the appointment that they’d just booked, either by selecting Edit in the right-click menu or double-clicking the appointment. This has been fixed.

**Print Setup Dialog issue (SPR VIL54132)**&#x57;hen printing labels and forms, the Print Setup Dialog window would appear even when the setting to not display the dialog unless the Shift key is held was enabled. This has been fixed.

**Appointment item display issue in Patient Items view (SPR VIL54070)**&#x49;n the Patient Items view, Appointment items were displaying IDs for the provider and POS in the Description column instead of names. This has been fixed.

**Issue with attaching previous letters (SPR CAR53555)**&#x57;hen users created a new letter and went to the Attachments tab to attach previous letters, no letters displayed under the Documents category. This has been fixed.

**Appointment Block out and Availability Rules issues (SPR VIL54155)**&#x54;here were certain cases where Appointment Block out Rules and Availability Rules visually overrode booked appointments instead of them displaying side by side. This has been fixed.

**Filter error in Control Centre Registration view (SPR GRA54389)**&#x41;s of version 8.6.0, an exception error occurred when switching from one filter view to another in the Registration view of the Control Centre. This has been fixed.

**New WCB Form overrides Employer information (SPR VIL54334)**&#x54;here was an issue where updating a patient’s employer in the WCB form would override the linked Employer record rather than just updating the patient’s current employer information. This has been fixed.

**MSP Resubmission issue (SPR VIL54354)**&#x41;s of the upgrade to 8.6, some users were unable to resubmit claims due to a ‘Payer must be assigned’ error. This has been fixed.

**Issues with SMS appointment reminders (SPR ALS32010)**&#x54;he ‘Days Before Appointment’ setting in the Patient Messages for Appointment Reminders system task was not working as intended. For example, if set to ‘1’, it would send reminders for today’s appointments instead of tomorrow’s appointments. Also, when upgrading from 8.5, the SMSHANDLER macro was being deleted on upgrade, even when different from the built-in default code. Both issues have been fixed.

**Appointment Reminders time zone issue (SPR GRA54128)**&#x54;here was an issue with SMS appointment reminders having the wrong time when the POS time zone differed from the server time zone. This has been fixed by creating new print variables for the appointment date and time which take the time zone of the POS into account: Letter.Context.Appointment.DateAtPOS; Letter.Context.Appointment.Time24AtPOS; Letter.Context.Appointment.TimeAMPMAtPOS.

**Appointment drag and drop from Waiting List issue (SPR JUN54352)**&#x50;atient records could not be dragged and dropped from the Waiting List to the Location list. This has been fixed.

**eFaxing error with prescriptions (SPR CAR54106)**&#x55;pon upgrade to 8.6, users were intermittently receiving a termination error when attempt to send a prescription eFax and having to restart Profile. This has been fixed.

### New Brunswick

**\[FMNB] Patient billing issue with unit rate set to 0 (SPR CAR53908)**&#x46;or certain patients whose Roster Status and provider were correctly set for FMNB, the unit rate applied for their billing claim was zero. These patients had been rostered with a previous FMNB provider who was no longer an FMNB provider, and the claim was receiving that Roster Status instead of the current one, so the patients were considered not rostered. This has been fixed.

**Error with appointment printing preference (SPR CAR53881)**&#x55;sing the print variable ‘Letter.Patient.NHI\_Number’ in the ‘Add (Modify) Variable’ Appointment Printing preference caused an exception error when there was no patient linked in the appointment. This has been fixed.
