**Missing object classes added to ISRegistry key class in COM (SPR ALS31614)**In ISRegistryKey, we have added access to the 8 classes which have access to registry keys but were previously not accessible: ISAppointment, ISCase, ISExternalPatient, ISHRI, ISPatientProblem, ISPregnancy, ISPrescription, ISRxMedication, ISUsualPrescription.

**POS added to role issue (SPR ALS31759)**Occasionally, when users logged in, one or more of their roles would be removed from their record. This was due to a POS having been added to a role. We had previously prevented a specific workflow that allowed a user to add a POS to a role, but we have now fixed the issue so that even if a POS is added to a role, it does not cause any role to be removed from users’ records when they log on.

**Charge rate and discount rate properties added to Find Objects (SPR ALS31727)**In Find Objects in the Invoice Line folder (available under the Invoice object or folder), we have added a Charge Rate Amount property as well as Charge Rate and Discount Rate folders. **Source value issue after patient merge (SPR CHR49552)**After a patient merge, along with the merged patient identifier values, the identifier values from the master patient were also added to the Registry Identifier table and the Source column for these values changed to ‘Local’ instead of displaying the province code. **Discount validity period import issue (SPR ALS31693)**When importing a Jaffa file with specified discount rates validity periods, the import would fail, and the validity period would not be updated. This has been fixed.

**Encounter linked to incorrect case sub-referral (SPR ALS31736)**If a case had more than one sub-referral (service) for the same POS, the encounter was always linked to the case sub-referral with the most recently ‘Opened’ date, instead of linking to the selected one. This has been fixed. NOTE: If your encounters are in CEF format, then you may also need to update some of its macros. Contact us if you require further information.

**Add Documents to End of Encounter (SPR GRA52392)**Documents can be added as action links in an Encounter by macro, but these didn’t show up in the End of Encounter window like Scripts or Letters for printing/internet faxing. This is now possible.

**Appointment Advice – Bulk Sending (SPR GRA52465)**The Print Advice toolbar icon in the Appointments view has been replaced with the Send Advice icon, which automates sending by SMS or email depending on the appointment patient(s) settings, with fallback to print on paper as an option.

**Appointment Advice – Print, SMS, Email (SPR MM52398)**The Print Advice checkbox in the Appointment view has been replaced with ‘Send Advice’, which uses the new message template Appointment Advice in Organization/Preferences/Internet/Messages tab and Bulk Email tab to send the advice by SMS or email instead of the previously existing printed format. This will only occur if these services are enabled, and the patient has chosen to allow communication by either or both of these methods. The printed format is still used as fallback if neither SMS nor email are available.

**IHA POI eMessage service enhancements (SPR GRA52492)**Functionality was added to the Post Process macro as previously, the contextual variables, such as Results, were not being sent. The troubleshooting checkbox ‘Skip downloading and Just Import’ was added to allow testing of the import process with local files rather than requiring them to be pulled from the IHA POI web service.

**Default sorting in Obstetric view (SPR GRA52512)**The Pregnancies table in the Medical Record/Obstetric view has been changed to sort by descending date order by default so the latest pregnancy is at the top and selected by default when the view opens. Also, users are now able to modify the sorting of the Pregnancies table and the Antenatal Observations table below and save this as the new default with Edit/Defaults/Base parameters.

**New pregnancy selected in Obstetric view (SPR GRA52513)**When a user creates a new pregnancy in the Obstetric view of the Medical Record, the new pregnancy will now be selected automatically.

**Excelleris Import removes POS issue (SPR GRA52510)**There was an issue introduced in 8.5 which caused Excelleris transactions to not have a POS assigned if they were assigned to a Provider who is not a Member of the POS set in the eMessage service. This has been restored to the previous behaviour from 8.4 to keep both the Assigned Provider and the POS.

**Create Antenatal Form toolbar icon issue (SPR GRA52514)**The Create Antenatal Form toolbar icon in the Obstetric view didn’t create an Action link in the current New Encounter, so it wasn’t visible in the encounter that the form was created during that encounter as is typical with other forms. This has been fixed.

The first column always shows Patient Name and Transaction Date in Unsigned Transactions and just Transaction Date in Results; the Patient Name column has been removed since it’s redundant; sorting based on Transaction Date in Results is now by date, not alphabetically.

**Add Client Distribution table to Global Preferences (SPR MM52399)**This feature allows customers to designate a local directory from which to upgrade the Profile client files rather than getting these from IHServer, which may be very slow in hosted environments. Separate directories can be specified for different IP ranges, to accommodate multi-location organizations. To apply to everyone, use the IP range 0.0.0.0 to 255.255.255.255.
