certain patients whose roster status and provider were correctly set for fmnb, the unit rate applied for their billing claim was zero these patients had been rostered with a previous fmnb provider who paintbrush images in encounters that are opened for editing will not open with microsoft paint anymore for drawing or otherwise manipulating the image as we have changed the way the image is saved in
