This article is intended for advanced users. It will focus on where to go to create a report relating to MedChart in Profile. 

## Feature Requirements

- Medchart is available in Profile version 8 and above. 
- Access to Profile's licensed Medication module

# MedChart Reports

There are a number of reports that could be set up that relate to MedChart in Profile. Some of these could include:

- Prescribed Medication Orders Report
- Expiring Medication Orders Report
- Expired Medications Orders Report
- Discontinued Medication Orders Report

To create your own reports, go to **Report / Find Objects **

1. Select **Medications (inpatient) **from the **Object **drop-down list, as shown below.
